Suns (13-26 SU, 16-23 ATS) vs. Pacers (21-16, SU, 21-16 ATS)
The Pacers will be thrilled to be home after a four-game road swing as the home cookin’ at Banker’s Life Fieldhouse has been mighty tasty after winning 13 of their last 16 games played in front of the fan friendlies. The Pacers dropped a tough one to Houston in overtime in their last outing but should get well against a shame spiraling Suns team who have lost 10 of their last 11 straight up and covered what the NBA odds makers were hanging in only three of those contests.

Indiana ranks sixth in the league with 98.3 points allowed per game and has rattled off 12 consecutive wins at home when holding opponents to under 103 points. In addition, the defense has sparkled as of late limiting the opposition to just 88.4 points in regulation over its last five contests. The Suns can score but they have only broken the century mark in four of their last 11 games. Against a stifling defense like the Pacers, Phoenix will melt and this one should be a blowout.

Houston Rockets (19-19 SU, 15-23 ATS) vs. Memphis Grizzlies (21-18 SU, 18-20-1 ATS)
This is the third of four meetings between these Southwest division foes and Memphis has won and covered the number in the previous two. Interestingly the Grizzlies are 5-1 both straight up and ATS in Tuesday games while the Rockets are 0-3 straight up and ATS in Tuesday games this season. Memphis boasts a 13-6 straight up record at home though that ATS mark is only 9-10. However, Houston has not had much success on the road sporting a 7-10 straight up record and a 6-11 mark against the number.

Memphis is the side to include in your NBA picks tonight even though guard Mike Conley may stay on the sidelines for the fourth game in a row after an Achilles injury. But Zach Randolph has been more than impressive in his new role coming off the bench while Mario Chalmers has come alive as Conley’s replacement averaging over 17 points per game.

On the flipside, big man Dwight Howard has had lingering back problems and was worked hard in his 43 minutes of action in Houston’s come-from-behind overtime victory over the Pacers on Sunday night. The Rockets must play again tomorrow night at home in Houston while the Grizzlies will kick back until Thursday evening when they host the Pistons. Memphis has turned a very good defense into a great defense recently holding opponents to an average of less than 93 points over their seven games.

Oklahoma City (26-12 SU, 14-23-1 ATS) vs. Minnesota (12-26 SU, 14-23-1 ATS)
The Thunder is 3-1 straight up and against the number in their last three trips to Minnesota, rewarding all who included them in their NBA picks. Nothing will change in this one as the Thunder will roll over the Timberwolves who are ranked 20th in average points allowed yielding almost 103 points per game. Meanwhile Oklahoma City is averaging nearly 109 points per game and should absolutely shred this T-Wolves defense as they have so often in the past.

While it is never a good idea to make a steady diet of laying double digits on the road there are exceptions to every rule. With that we will cast our lot with the square side and watch the Thunder roll.
