We remained perfect after yesterday’s NBA Picks! That makes us 7-0 since this past Saturday, and I am back once again with two more NBA Odds plays for Wednesday. Follow along as I release them absolutely free of charge!

Nuggets vs. Pelicans
The Nuggets have been teetering on the brink of a lottery team this season, and it appears they are finally taking the plunge. Ty Lawson is getting arrested for DUI the day before a game, and the team has lost seven games in a row SU. Now they have to go into New Orleans to try and stop one of the NBA’s best players in Anthony Davis. The NBA Odds have the Nuggets as +6 ½ underdogs, however I am a bit more focused on the total of just 201 points.

Since it dropped all the way from 204, the total is looking great for an over bet here on Wednesday night. In their seven game losing streak, the Nuggets have given up almost 109 points per game. Even though they have only cashed the over at 3-4 during this losing streak, most of the games have been blowouts, leading to less offense down the stretch. However with a total of 201, all the Nuggets really have to do here is get into the mid to upper 90s, something they have done in five of their last six games.

The Pelicans should have little trouble scoring tonight, even without Jrue Holiday still. The first time these two teams played the final score was 117-97, and even though the under has cashed in seven of the Pelicans last eight games, the NBA odds are finally low enough for a sneaky over bet tonight.

Celtics vs. Wolves
Among all of the 11 games on tonight, this one is probably the least desirable to watch. However, the betting value associated with it seems pretty good, and I am willing to take a stab at this less than attractive game. The NBA Odds have the Wolves as -4 favorites, but once again a low total of just 201 points is starting me in the face, and I am countering with another over play.

The over is 9-3-1 for the Wolves in their last 13 games against teams with losing SU records, and the over is 4-1 in their last five games as home favorites less than -4 ½. For the Celtics, the over is 3-1-1 in their last five games against losing teams this season, and when coming off a SU win dating back to last season, the Celtics are an impressive 15-7-1 ATS.

Nikola Pekovic and Andrew Wiggins should dominate any Celtics defender thrown their way, while the Celtics’ Jared Sullinger will likely have a field day in this game as well against Thad Young. Plus, this should be a fast paced game with plenty of possessions. Boston plays at the third fastest pace in the NBA outside of Phoenix and Golden State, and Minnesota isn’t far behind at 7th. The fact that this total is only 201 points baffles me. It doesn’t matter if they are bad teams, they still both have good offensive talent. I expect a final score of about 107-102, and the over looks like the best NBA pick here.
