It’s time to finish out the home stretch of the NBA season, and with a huge slate of NBA Odds on tap for Tuesday night, I have found two that I am releasing free of charge as my NBA Picks of the day.

Blazes vs. Kings
The Blazers are the only ones who are fighting for anything in this game, but considering the contest is in Sacramento, a big factor in this one is DeMarcus Cousins. The Kings’ big man has been ruled out for the remaining Kings road games this season, but as for home games, it seems like he is set to take the court. That makes the NBA Odds for this one interesting, with the Blazers coming in as -3 road favorites, with a total of 221 points.

While it’s easily the highest total on the night, it also has a good chance of going over. Cousins being in the lineup means the Kings have a dominating offensive threat, and with little chance of stopping Damian Lillard, these two teams could easily go at it toe to toe on the offensive end.

Even though the under has cashed in all three of their previous meetings, tonight’s game may be different for several reasons. In their most recent game against one another, the Kings rested most of their starters, including Cousins, and in their one before that Rudy Gay did not play. That’s a lot of Kings offense sitting on the bench.

Now Sacramento comes into this one averaging over 110 points per game in their last five games, and they have cashed the over in four of those last five. Portland on the other hand Portland has cashed the over in eight of their last nine road games coming into this one, and they have given up an astonishing 121 points per game in those nine games. Take the over as an NBA Pick before it creeps up even higher.

Wolves vs. Warriors
While the Wolves are playing for nothing other than pride as they're out of the playoffs, yet it might be a pretty good bragging right to claim that that helped keep the Warriors from breaking the 1995-’96 Bulls wins record. However, the NBA Odds have the Wolves as +15½ underdogs in this one, with a total of 225½. While an outright upset is probably not going to happen, the total once again presents some potential for profit.

The total has already shortened a ton since it opened yesterday. After opening at 229 points, it’s almost four points less than it was 24 hours ago, but still there seems like there could be some value in the under, despite some of the value being bet out of it. The Wolves have been in the midst of a big scoring drought over their last three games. They have failed to score more than 90 points in all three of them, and in two of them they weren’t able to reach 80 points.

The most recent one is more concerning, because they were playing Dallas, a team that is no where near the defensive levels of Utah and the Clippers, their two opponents before that game this past Sunday. With that being said, I love the under for this one on Tuesday. The under is 8-3 in the Warriors last 11 games heading into this one, and the Wolves have cashed the under in three straight, and four of their last five games. The under has also cashed in five of the last six times there two teams have played one another dating back to last season.
