Can we find more success in picking out the top NBA picks for a busy Wednesday night? Let's dive in and find out what we can exploit on the NBA odds board & use to our advantage.

It's not a full 15-game slate or anything, but we've still got plenty of matchups to look through here on Wednesday. Where's the best value?

Cleveland Cavaliers vs. New York Knicks
Good pals LeBron James and Carmelo Anthony will meet up on the court in Cleveland tonight, but it's LeBron's Cavs that are the overwhelming favorites in the NBA Odds. Depending on where you look, you'll see Cleveland favored by either 10 or 10.5 points, while the O/U is all the way up at 203 points.

The Cavaliers, despite injuries to Kyrie Irving, Iman Shumpert and now J.R. Smith, have managed to win three of their first four games, with that one defeat coming in the season opener on the road against the Bulls. Since that setback Cleveland has reeled off victories over Memphis, Miami and Philadelphia, and that triumph over the Grizzlies (106-76 on the road) was one of the most impressive we've seen early on in this season.

Will Cleveland show up with another dominant performance tonight, this time versus New York? The Knicks have actually been playing quite well to open the season, having alternated wins and losses in their first four matchups. They've topped two solid teams in Milwaukee and Washington to boot, with Melo leading the way with his 23.0 points, 6.8 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game. First-round draft pick Kristaps Porzingis has lived up to the billing so far too, having put up averages of 11.8 PPG and 8.3 RPG, making him the team's second leading scorer.

The Knicks have played at a higher level than many expected, but ultimately they just don't have the talent level to match up with LeBron, Love and company, even in spite of the fact they're shorthanded. So, we'll be laying the large number and backing Cleveland to win big on their home floor this evening.

NBA Pick: Cleveland Cavaliers -10 at 5Dimes

Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Toronto Raptors
Get ready for what should be an awesome battle between Oklahoma City and Toronto tonight.

We're most excited about the point guard showdown between Russell Westbrook and Kyle Lowry, both of whom have been lights out to start the season. As far as the NBA betting lines go, however, it's Oklahoma City that's the clear-cut favorite; oddsmakers have pegged the Thunder as 8.5-point chalk for this evening's game at home.

Westbrook, Kevin Durant and company have opened the season with a 3-1 mark, having only lost on the road to James Harden and the Rockets their last time out on the court. Other than that, the Thunder have been pretty darn dominant, and they've already picked up a win over the Spurs as well. Westbrook and Durant are averaging 30.3 PPG and 29.8 PPG respectively, with the former throwing in impressive averages of 9.3 assists and 7.5 rebounds.

Oklahoma City will look to get the better of a Toronto team that's still yet to lose in 2015-16. The Raptors have won each of their first four games by at least seven points, and that includes last night's 102-91 road win over Dallas. Lowry and DeMar DeRozan have been producing at a high level, and Jonas Valanciunas (15.5 PPG and 10.3 RPG) has been making his presence felt inside too.

Some may worry about tired legs for the Raptors, and while that's a legitimate concern against the uber-athletic Westbrook and his teammates, we've really liked what we've seen out of Lowry at the point, and this team's chemistry has shone through as well. With that though in mind, we're thinking Toronto will be able to keep this game close enough to cover as road underdogs on Wednesday night.

NBA Pick: Toronto Raptors +8.5 at Pinnacle
