We've got a great schedule on top for tonight, so let's jump into the analysis and see which NBA odds are most appealing to bet.

New York Knicks vs. Charlotte Hornets
If you haven't been paying a ton of attention to the NBA, you may not know that the Knicks have been a lot more competitive so far this season. The rookie, Kristaps Porzingis, has made an immediate impact, carving out an important role for the team and showing that he's capable of handling himself in the NBA. What's more, Carmelo Anthony is healthy and playing as well as he ever has, and the new additions have all settled into their roles.

Yes, quietly, New York is actually making strides, and Phil Jackson's impact seems to be coming to fruition. There are still going to be plenty of growing pains along the way, but the Knicks have been fighting hard, and the results speak for themselves. Though they have a losing record, New York has already won five games, and that's a much better pace than what they've managed to accomplish in recent years.

The other day the Knicks were in action at home and managed to beat Anthony Davis and the Hornets inside Madison Square Garden, and tonight they are home underdogs on the NBA odds board for their matchup with the Hornets.

Charlotte has not had the best of starts this season, going 5-5, yet oddsmakers like the road team in this showdown. We're going the other way though, as we look for the Knicks to protect their home court and win this game straight up. It should be a close game, but in the end we like how New York's been playing and think they worth backing with your sports picks.

Golden State Warriors vs. Toronto Raptors
We think this is going to turn into a very competitive game, but first, let's break down how both teams have been doing early this season.

You probably know the defending champion Warriors have been insanely good. So good, in fact, that they STILL have not lost a game. They're a perfect 11-0 on the season, and they've looked dominant practically every single game. At 11-0, we are seeing the makings of a special season unfold for Golden State.

However, that doesn't mean the Warriors are a lock against the spread each night. What it does mean is that the public's opinion of the reigning champs is at an all-time high, and thus there's always that potential for there to be a weak spot in the lines.

The thing is, the Raptors have played very well this season too, and they've got everyone back and healthy now too. DeMarre Carroll has recently returned from a nagging injury, and his presence on both ends of the court makes Toronto a much more formidable and tougher team overall. The Raptors also have a deadly duo in their backcourt, one of the few out there that can match what Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson bring to the table. Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan have both been great this season, and that's a big reason why we're expecting Toronto to be competitive tonight.

It's never easy to "fade" the Warriors, especially when they're playing inside Oracle Arena, but the Raptors should be up for the challenge in this game, as they look to prove that they're going to be a playoff contender. Lowry and DeRozan will try to outduel Curry and Thompson, a battle we cannot wait to watch. Nonetheless, a  NBA pick has to be made, and we think taking the points is the more prudent way to go here on Tuesday evening. Back Toronto.

NBA Pick: Raptors +9 at 5Dimes
