The Sharp has returned for the biggest NBA night of the week, and after hitting on seven of my last eight NBA Picks, and a perfect 3-0 last night, I am back again to release my two best bets.

Kings vs. Pacers
With so many games to choose from tonight, there is value all over the board, and we have to separate the good value from the great value. Tonight, the NBA odds have the Pacers as -6½ favorites this evening against the Kings, with a total of 212 points. We have been very successful over the last half-week on betting totals, and while this one is appealing for an over bet as well, I think the safer play might just be the Pacers ATS.

The Kings are still middling around in the Western Conference, and the Wizards of all teams just blew them out two nights ago. Now they head into one of the tougher places to play in the NBA tonight in Indianapolis, and with the Pacers only favored at -6½, there is value to laying the points tonight. The Pacers have been pretty bad ATS versus the West so far this season, but their competition was much harder than what the Kings should provide tonight.

I think the Pacers’ 2-9 ATS record against the West is making this line slightly undervalued however, and with the Kings giving up 107 points per game this season, Indiana should have little to no trouble scoring the ball tonight. As long as they can limit the Kings some, and keep players not named DeMarcus Cousins from dominating tonight, laying the points is a worthwhile investment heading into the big slate of games tonight.

Nuggets vs. Suns
We are reaching the point of the season where defense starts to fall by the wayside, and that is exactly what might happen tonight between the Nuggets and Suns. The NBA Odds have the Suns as -8½ favorites tonight after the Nuggets played last night at home against the Lakers and got beat. However, the NBA Odds for the total is where I am going with this one, and at 207½, this one is ripe for another over play here tonight.

Both of these teams are coming into this game as their third in four nights, so both teams should be a little worn down. The Nuggets off the back to back this season are 4-2 cashing the over, and with both teams dealing with the third in four nights scenario, the over is by far the best play for this game. The first times these two met this season the total went over with a final score of 114-107, and while the Nuggets have been playing slower this season, the Suns play at the third fastest pace of any team this season at 101/6, and like last night Denver will be sped up some.

The over is now 5-1 in Denver’s last six games overall, and the over has cashed in five of the last seven meetings between these two teams. Both teams are giving up over 105 points per game to conference opponents this season, and while they haven’t been great this season, after last night Denver improved their scoring average to more than 103 points per game in their last ten games. Look for a fast paced game with little defense tonight, and look for the over to cash as the NBA pick.
