Even after last night I have still cashed over 60 percent of my NBA Picks over the last few weeks, so let’s jump back on track tonight on the huge slate of NBA action.

Raptors vs. Bulls
The Bulls didn’t make a deal at the deadline, even though they have three great players shelved right now. Tonight, after getting beaten down by the Cavs last night, the Bulls head back home to welcome in the Raptors. Toronto comes in as a -6 favorite in the NBA Odds on the road, with a total of 201.

Chicago has been the worst team ATS this season of any of the 30 NBA teams, and at home they have been laughably bad ATS. Chicago is only 9-17 ATS this season when playing at home, and only 5-11 ATS when playing at home in conference games. Compare that to the Raptors who are 11-6 SU on the road in conference games this season, and you have a very nice recipe for fading Chicago once again tonight.

The Bulls are 3-6 ATS this season when playing on no rest, and without Jimmy Butler to help check the talented Raptors back court tonight, this one could get away from the Bulls really quick. The Raptors are 5-3 ATS this season when coming off of two or more days rest this season, and they are 8-7 ATS this season when playing as a road favorite.

Toronto also went into the break pretty hot, and while they did not make a move at the deadline, they really didn’t need to. The Raptors are scoring nearly 106 points per game in their last ten games heading into the break, and with the Bulls tired and hurt, a -6 spread is simply too low for the Raptors in this one.

Sixers vs. Pelicans
After watching some of the better teams in the NBA look sloppy and out of sync last night, I can only imagine what tonight is going to being for teams like the Sixers and Pelicans. With the All Star Break extended this season, teams looked lost last night and the games were really ugly and easily went under. If tonight is anything similar, but just between two bad teams, the under for the Sixers and Pelicans might also be a stellar play.

The NBA Odds have the Pelicans as solid -8½ favorites, but the total of 208½ is sticking out for several reasons. While they have yet to play one another this season, the Pelicans and Sixers have hooked up twice during the 2015 calendar year, and both times the total easily went under, with both times having a team who failed to reach 90 points. With the long break, guys probably weren’t playing too much basketball during that stretch, so if turnovers and bad shots are plentiful tonight, the under should once again rein.

The under cashed in four of Philadelphia’s last six games heading into the break, and while the over is trending with the Pelicans recently, in 17 inter-conference games this season, the Pelicans are averaging only 98 points per game. The Sixers are 16-10-1 cashing the under on the road this season, and I see that trend continuing here tonight, in what could be a very sloppy game. The total is simply too high if we continue to see the level of basketball we saw last night. Add Under as the NBA pick tonight.
