We had another perfect day of NBA Picks on Thursday evening, and I’m now 9-3 ATS during the playoffs. I have another two plays coming up for tonight, and I think both have some very nice NBA Odds value this evening.

Raptors vs. Wizards
The Raptors are cooked. These aren’t the Jurassic Park Raptors, who eat up all of the park visitors and end up running the island. These Raptors are instead a weaker, genetically inferior version of those dinosaurs, because they lost two straight at home, and now have to win tonight in order to give themselves at least one more home game. The NBA odds though favor the Wizards at -4 ½ in Washington, DC tonight, with a total of 195 ½.

The Raptors’ main problem has been their defense. They were one of the top ten best defenses in the entire NBA last season, and even earlier this year, however they have fallen off a cliff defensively in the second half. This team was routinely giving up 100 points or more, and after their defense collapses against Washington in Game 2, the over now seems like a better play than usual.

The over is now 10-4 in the Raptors last 14 road games, and they are 8-3 cashing the over in their last 11 games against winning teams. The Wizards on the other hand have cashed the over in four of their last five games, and also in eight of their last ten home games. On top of it all, the Wizards are not 6-2 cashing the over in their last eight first round playoff games. Take the over tonight with your NBA picks, and expect another big offensive performance from the Wizards.

Clippers vs. Spurs
If you’re a fan of undead zombies, than you have to be a fan of Tim Duncan, because this man is nothing more than an undead machine. He can’t be alive anymore after playing for two decades in the NBA, but there he is, every Spurs game, taking younger and more athletic guys to school. After the Spurs dropped Game 1, they came back and forced overtime to beat the Clippers in LA, and now home court advantage is there’s.

Tonight in San Antonio, the Spurs are -4 favorites in the NBA Odds, with a total of 203 ½. I expect the Clippers to try and return the favor to the Spurs within the next two games, but the problem with that is the Spurs have much more depth than the Clippers, and it’s showing late in these games. The Clippers have really only been playing seven or eight guys, and the last few guys barely get any playing time. It’s basically a six-man rotation for the Clippers, and that won’t get it done against the defending champs. If that’s the case again tonight, the Spurs look like the play.

Even with Tony Parker and Manu Ginobli off in Game 2, the Clippers still lost to the Spurs at home. That is way more telling than some people are letting on. It would not surprise me to see the Spurs win this game by ten points if they can get just a little production out of someone other than Duncan and Kawhi Leonard.

However I think that might be tonight. Parker should be better at home, and the Spurs are 8-1 ATS in their last nine home games, and 10-1 ATS in their last 11 as home favorites. The Spurs are also 6-1 ATS in their last seven games as playoff favorites, while the Clippers are only 3-11 ATS in their last 14 first round playoff games.

NBA Pick: Spurs -4 at The Greek
