We finally broke out of our slump yesterday going 3-1 on a big Wednesday of NBA Picks. While there are only 3 games on tonight, we found some extra value with a parlay for your Thursday NBA Picks.

Rockets vs. Mavs
Both of these teams had big wins yesterday to keep their playoff seeding alive, but tonight they have to face off against one another, and it should be a Texas-sized showdown. The NBA Odds have the Mavs as-2 favorites, however the NBA odds are shrinking some since they came out earlier this morning, and some sportsbooks have the line at -1 1/2. However a much better wager tonight might be the total, which is sitting at only 210 ½ points.

Earlier in the morning the total was a point lower, so it has already been trending up since this morning, but I still think there could be some value for our parlay tonight. The Mavs scored 135 points in regulation last night to easily cash the over against the Thunder, but they also gave up 131 points to a Thunder team missing two of their best three players. Now on the back to back, this could mean that more points are going to be given up tonight. On the other side you have the Rockets, who gave up 111 points to the Kings at home last night, and it was a Kings team without Rudy Gay. DeMarcus Cousins absolutely destroyed them, and while they should have Dwight Howard tonight after he sat out the first night of the back to back, that will help their offense as well as their defense.

The over has cashed for the Mavs in seven of their last ten games after last night, and the over is 4-0 in their last four games as home favorites. Look for that trend to continue tonight with both teams off tough games last night.

Suns vs. Warriors
Speaking of tough games, the Suns have one of those tonight as they head into Golden State to play the Warriors. The NBA Odds have the Warriors as -12 ½ favorites tonight, with a total of only 210 points. The issue for the Suns tonight is two-fold. They have to win this game to at the very least keep their playoff hopes alive, but they look like they’ll have to do it once again without Brandon Knight. However that may not matter too much for our play this evening.

The Warriors have already clinched the number one overall seed in the Western Conference, and they are eventually going to clinch the number one overall seed. Other than keeping his young team focused and up to speed, Steve Kerr has literally zero reason to play his stars a lot through the Dubs’ last eight games. Tonight may be a very good example of that. It’s still a home game, so I don’t expect many people to be sat out or rested altogether, but the Suns are still +12 underdogs, and they likely won’t be in the game long.

This could mean that more points are scored tonight that 210, so once again I’m taking a shot on the over tonight. The over is 5-1 in the Warriors last six home games, so add it to your NBA picks tonight.
