With NBA betting heating up across sports betting platforms, we bring you a selection of must-have bets to spot on your NBA picks tonight. Check out where we line up our money.

Toronto Raptors vs. Indiana Pacers
The Toronto Raptors are coming off a big win over the Milwaukee Bucks on the road, a 107-89 win that saw them cover as the 1.5-point road underdogs with plenty to spare and improve to 7-3 SU in their last ten games. Indeed, the Raptors are top of the Atlantic Division with a 45-21-0 SU and 36-30-0 ATS mark that features a 4.6-point winning margin and a plus 1.0-point differential versus the spread.

On the road, the Raptors are 18-13-0 SU and ATS with a 2.6-point winning margin on average and a plus 1.8-point differential versus the spread. As away underdogs they are 7-7-0 SU and 9-5-0 ATS with a 0.9-point losing margin on average and a plus 3.5-point differential versus the spread.

In their second consecutive road game this week, the Raptors are trading as the away underdogs. Most sports betting platforms opened with the Raptors at +2.5, but with 63.4% of consensus betting coming down the wire towards the Raptors, the NBA line has shortened to +2. Clearly, the public fancy the Raptors to come up trumps in this game.

That notion is furthered along by the Pacers recent spate of struggles behind a 5-5 SU mark in their last ten games. Although the Pacers are coming off a win over Boston, a 103-98 win at home to the Celtics that had them cover as the 2.5-point home chalk, they are just a modest 3-3 SU in their last six home games. They are 34-32-1 ATS on the season with a 1.4-point winning margin on average and a plus 0.5-point differential versus the spread.

More importantly, they are 15-15-1 ATS at home with a 3.9-point winning margin on average and a plus 0.3-point differential versus the spread, and 12-12-0 ATS when favoured at home on the NBA odds board with a 5.5-point winning margin and 0.1-point differential versus the spread. The Raptors and Pacers split their previous two meetings this season with each side winning at home. Pacers beat the Raptors 106-90 as the 4.5-point home chalk in December.

Obviously, there’s good reason to back the Raptors on your NBA picks: they have form coming into this game and are the better team on paper. Yet, we have a niggling feeling that the Pacers can deliver as the home faves and so we going against the grain and taking the Pacers at -2.0-point.

Memphis Grizzlies vs. Milwaukee Bucks
Memphis Grizzlies are riding a three-game losing streak into this clash, slipping to 5-5 SU record in their last ten games. Looking at just their last six, in which they are 2-4 SU you could say things look even direr. Still, even with their current woes, should bookies really be installing the Grizzlies as the whopping 10.5-point road underdogs on the NBA odds boards, ahead of a clash with the Milwaukee Bucks? Let’s face it, the Bucks aren’t exactly enjoying much better form.

They too are 5-5 SU in their last ten games, coming off an awful loss to the Toronto Raptors at home. Granted, the Bucks are 20-13 SU at home this season and 6-4 SU in their last ten at home, but the last time they faced the Grizzlies this season (away) they lost badly 103-83.  The Bucks are 17-15-1 ATS at home with just a 0.2-point winning margin and plus 0.3-point differential versus the spread. The Grizzlies are 7-10-1 ATS as road underdogs with a 9.9-point losing margin on average and negative 3.3-point differential versus the spread. A double-digit spread just feels like too many points to be giving the Grizzlies, so we’re shading the road underdogs on our NBA Picks:

Portland Trailblazers vs. San Antonio Spurs
The Portland Trailblazers come into their clash with the San Antonio Spurs at the severe disadvantage, trading at 11 points or higher depending on your sportsbook of choice. A recent dip in form that stands on a 5-5 SU mark goes against them, not to mention a recent 128-94 defeat to Oklahoma City Thunder they’d probably rather forget quickly. Worst of it all is a five-game losing streak on the away in which they only managed to cover once, in a 117-115 loss to the Toronto Raptors.

By all accounts, the NBA odds are stacked against the Blazers for good reason. San Antonio Spurs are tough to beat at home where they boast a stellar 33-0 SU mark on the season and a solid 21-12-0 ATS record with a staggering 15.6-point winning margin and a plus 3.8-point differential versus the spread. Obviously, anything can happen but the Spurs are on an amazing run at home and brimming with confidence. Hence, they are our choice NBA pick to cover against the Trailblazers tonight.
