After hitting both of my NBA Picks yesterday, and coming off a two out of three night, let’s see if I can continue my NBA Odds hot streak into tonight, as Wednesday is ball night.

Celtics vs. Pistons
Boston is currently in the 8th seed, and they could do a lot with a win tonight. A SU win here almost guarantee their spot in the playoffs, especially if somehow the Nets lost to the Hawks coming off a back-to-back tonight. Tonight the NBA odds have the Celtics as a -1 favorite on the road here, with a total of 200 ½ points. While I do think the Celtics could win this game, the Pistons are getting healthier with the return of Greg Monroe. However instead of risk your money on this very small number, the total might be just the play you’re looking for.

The over is 7-2 in the Pistons last nine games overall, and it’s also 5-1 in their last six games against teams with losing SU records. The over has also cashed in seven home games in a row for Detroit, and in six in a row when they play as a home underdog. The Celtics have cashed the over in four of their last five games, and in five games in a row against teams with losing SU records. The over is also 4-1 for the Celtics in their last five games as road favorites. Take the over tonight and add it to your NBA picks.

NBA Pick: OVER 200 ½ at Pinnacle Sports

Hornets vs. Grizzlies
The Hornets had one of their best games of the season last night beating the Warriors. The Hornets are now inside the top eight teams in the Western Conference, however off the back to back they have to play the West’s third best team right now. The NBA Odds have the Grizzlies as -5 favorites right now, and the only sportsbooks that has the total available is BetOnline, who has it at only 184 ½ points. We made some nice cash earlier this week fading the Pelicans off of a back to back, and after an emotional win last night, I think that’s exactly what to do tonight.

The Grizzlies were in the two seed for most of the second half, and while I’m sure they believe they could beat the Spurs again if they met up in the playoffs, I’m even surer that they would rather play the Mavericks. Winning tonight for Memphis and hoping that San Antonio can help them out by beating Houston is the play I want to jump behind tonight, and with a spread of only five points, this play is ripe tonight.

Memphis is 4-1 ATS in their last five games as favorites, and they are 7-1 ATS in their last eight home games with a spread between -5 and -10 ½. The Pelicans have been playing well this season against good teams, as well as off the back to back, but Memphis is too strong in the middle and on the wing, and no matter if Anthony Davis goes for 35 and 15 tonight, I still think Memphis’ balance and defense will win out at home against a tired team. Memphis needs this win almost as much as New Orleans, so lay the points with the better team.

NBA Pick: Grizzlies -5
