Free NBA picks for a few of tonight's biggest matchups. Where do our NBA handicappers believe that the best value lies, and how do we plan on cashing in?

We are getting closer to the end of the regular season in the NBA, and with a big night of games here on Monday, let’s see if we can pad our bankroll by taking advantage of a couple of totals tonight.

The big NCAA Tournament is at the end of this week, and we will need a full bankroll at our disposal.

Wizards vs. Bobcats

Charlotte plays host to the Wizards tonight in what is most likely the most undesirable game to watch of all time. However, the Wizards are favored by -7 with a total of 189. I’m staying away from advising either of these teams, and focusing my NBA picks on the total, which is very reasonable for an over bet tonight.

The Kittie Cats are much better on offense when playing at home this season as most teams are. With the Wizards coming into town, Charlotte should be able to score the ball easily enough this evening. I understand the Wizards are awful at scoring on the road, but this is the Bobcats we are talking about, the same team that gives up over 103 points per game.

The last two games these two have played this season have gone over the total, and I think it’s going to be three in a row after tonight. The Wizards have scored at least 100 points against the Bobcats in five of their last six meetings with them, and I think it will happen again tonight. Take the over.

My NBA Pick: OVER 189

Warriors vs. Hornets

The Warriors are coming off their huge win last night in Houston, and now have to meet the Hornets tonight, a team that also played last night. NBA bettors should note that the Warriors are the best team in the NBA at cashing the over, at 40-25-2 this season. They are also 23-12 cashing the over on the road this season.

I’m once again siding with the over in this game, which the NBA odds makers have opened at 195 ½. The Warriors are 13-5-1 this season cashing the over on the second night of a back to back, and going into New Orleans, a team that also played yesterday, the over is the play. Both of these teams will be tired, and defense will fall by the wayside.

My NBA Pick: OVER 195 ½
