For Sunday's NBA action we head to Toronto for a battle when the Bucks visit the Raptors. I think Milwaukee matches up well with Toronto and the best play here for me is to grab the points.

NBA odds
NBA odds makers across the board have the Bucks getting +7 for this game. At most places it's at regular juice like at Sports Betting sports book where you can get the Bucks at this number at -110. For one of my NBA Picks I'm going to take Milwaukee plus the points.

Milwaukee Bucks
So far this season Milwaukee is averaging 105 points per game, 42.9% shooting from the field, and 38.1% shooting from beyond the arc. Giannis Antetokounmpo has been really solid averaging 27 points per game followed by Greg Monroe at 22 points per game. Offensively it seems like they have some options, and it also seems like Michael Carter-Williams is playing pretty well at the point, a guy I have never been too high on but seems to be coming into his own. I think they have good offensively they will be pretty good and should be able to hang with a Toronto team that likes to run up-tempo.

Defensively Milwaukee has allowed 120 points per game, 47.8% shooting from the field, and 47.7% shooting from beyond the arc. Although it has been just two games those averages are pretty unacceptable and rank at the very bottom part of the league. I think Jason Kidd understands they're going to have to improve quickly on that end if they are going to compete in the Eastern conference. Tonight will be a challenge for them against a Toronto team that is very efficient on the offense end.

Toronto Raptors
Toronto is averaging 109.5 points per game, 44.4% shooting from the field, and 40.9% shooting from beyond the arc. They had some favorable matchups in their first games against the Pacers and the Celtics. But I think tonight things might get a little bit more difficult for them against a Milwaukee team that should be focused on the defensive end. There is a lot to like about this Toronto team but I think they are just giving too many points in this first home game.

Defensively Toronto's allowing 101 points per game, 37.4% shooting from the field, and 32.7% shooting from beyond the arc. So far they have played pretty well on that and, but again, I think Milwaukee has some good matchups that Toronto might have some trouble defending. I simply don't think they will have the same amount of success defending the Bucks as they have their first two opponents.

Putting the records aside this should be a really good game between two athletic teams. Milwaukee has not played up to their potential so far this season and I think they matchup with Toronto rather well. Don't expect the Raptors to blow this game out and for it to go down to the final minutes. For one of your NBA Picks I suggest grabbing the points with Milwaukee.

NBA Picks: Milwaukee Bucks +7 (-108) at 5Dimes
