The Golden State Warriors will attempt to take a 3-1 commanding lead in the series, while also pushing the Nuggets to the brink of elimination.

NBA Picks: Warriors vs. Nuggets Game 4

Tonight they host Game 4 of the Conference Quarterfinals tonight at the Oracle Arena.

The Warriors have cashed a ticket for bettors in all three games of the series so far, but are they the right side in Game 4, or will Denver finally pay off for our NBA picks in the postseason.

Oddsmakers have given the Nuggets a slim advantage in this game, listing them as - 1 1/2 favorites on the road, while settling upon an over/under total of 212 ½ points. Let’s evaluate this matchup further and determine where the best value lies on the  NBA betting odds.

Denver has essentially been handed a dose of their own medicine in this series, as Golden State has done a better job on the break, while also dominating inside, leading to consecutive SU victories for the Warriors and a 2-1 series lead.

The Nuggets enter play this evening having covered just one of their last seven games, but are 16-5-1 ATS in their last 22 games when playing on one full day of rest.

Denver has eclipsed the total in seven straight contests played on a Sunday and 12 of their last 15 played on the highway.

Meanwhile, Golden State, who is led by Stephen Curry, will hope he repeats his performance from the other night when he dropped in 29 points, while adding 11 assists, giving his team the upper hand and momentum in the series.

The Warriors are 5-0 ATS in their last 5 games that follow a contest where they earned an ATS win and 5-2 ATS in their last seven games played on their home court.

Golden State is OVER in five of their last seven overall, five of seven after an ATS win and 10 of 14 when facing a team with a SU winning record.

The underdog has covered four of the last five overall meetings between these squads.

The Pick

Denver obviously has its back against the wall and another loss could spell big trouble for them, which would probably put an abrupt ending to their season shortly thereafter in Game 5 or 6. However, if they can head back home with the series tied, they will more than likely make the most of it in front of their hometown fans with a momentum shift; and could regain the lead and turn the tables on Golden State.
