There are a ton of games on the board on Friday night. Which two NBA against the spread picks should we be adding to our tickets? Check inside this article and find our cherry picked bets.

Hawks vs. Thunder
We all know how good Russell Westbrook is, but sometimes the odds are just too much to overcome.

Westbrook has been out of this world this season, particularly since Kevin Durant went down injured. Durant remains out, though he is getting closer to returning, and now Serge Ibaka is out for a while too. That means Westbrook is going to have to do even more and hog further usage in the offense to keep Oklahoma City alive in the playoff race.

Tonight the Thunder will do battle with the Hawks, who have already wrapped up a spot in the playoffs and are a whopping 10 games ahead of the rest of the pack in the Eastern Conference. Atlanta is 53-15 overall and it's been amazing to watch them play the game the right way and get rewarded for it. The Hawks have been termed the "Spurs of the East" and you can see why.

The NBA odds show Atlanta favored by 1.5 points on the road against an Oklahoma City team that's gone 24-9 at home. The Thunder haven't been easy to beat in front of their great fanbase whatsoever, but tonight we think the task may be too tall. The Hawks, assuming they don't rest players, should simply have too much for the shorthanded Thunder to handle.

We know Westbrook is going to get his, but we're going with the more complete team to win and cover the NBA betting odds tonight. It's rare that we get a chance to back Atlanta at such a short number, so we'll jump on the opportunity and back the Hawks on the road.

Pelicans vs. Warriors
We've become accustomed to seeing the Warriors laying some huge numbers, and tonight is no different. They're favored by 13 points at home against the Pelicans.

There are a couple big storylines within this matchup. Firstly, the health of Anthony Davis is of the utmost importance. He had to sit out last night's contest against the Suns, in a game that New Orleans lost by two, after spraining his ankle during shootaround. Who knows if the Pelicans are just being careful and were planning on trotting out Davis there tonight, but it's a situation we'll have to monitor throughout the day.

As we saw last night, New Orleans is a mess without Davis on the floor, as they were only able to muster up 72 points in last night's loss to the Suns. Tyreke Evans had to carry most of the load and the offense became way too predictable. Davis is listed as questionable for tonight, but we wouldn't be surprised to see him suit up.

The other important piece of news is the injury to Klay Thompson, who will be out for at least another couple of games due to an ankle issue. With him out of the lineup, Stephen Curry is going to have to be even more of a monster, but the great thing about Golden State is they've got so many guys that can put the ball in the basket. The Warriors are one of the deepest teams in the NBA and they didn't skip a beat in Wednesday's 114-95 home win over Atlanta without Klay.

That's why we think the Warriors have a good chance of covering this huge number tonight. If they can crush the best team in the East by 19, who knows what they can do against the Pelicans, especially if Davis is unable to go. Wrap up your NBA picks by rolling with Golden State.
