We have a busy night in the NBA and in basketball around the country. With so much to choose from tonight, value should be had in many a game tonight. I have selected two NBA picks that I’m feeling good about, so follow along and let’s cash some winners in the pros tonight.
Thunder vs. Magic
The Thunder are heading into Orlando tonight to play the Magic, a place where they haven’t played too well in the past. However, those were the Dwight Howard days, but it still doesn’t explain why the under looks like the trend of choice when OKC heads into Orlando.
The Thunder are 18-14-2 this season cashing the under on the road, and they have cashed the under in five of their last seven road games. OKC’s scoring drops a lot when playing on the road this season, and at 208, I think the total is just a tad high this evening.
The under has cashed in 12 of the last 18 times these two have played one another from Orlando, and obviously that’s a large amount, but more recently, the total has gone under in six of the last eight times these two have hooked up from Orlando.
The Thunder are only 1-7 SU in their last eight trips to northern Florida, and I don’t think we will see them play too well tonight on offense, making the under the first of my free picks this evening.
My NBA Pick: UNDER 208

Wolves vs. Suns
My late game pick for you all this evening is the Wolves heading into Phoenix to play the Suns. The NBA odds makers have opened the total 192.5 with the Suns favored by three points.
The Wolves were on the road in Sacramento last night, and they could only muster up 98 points on a team that routinely gives up 100+.
The spread might look tempting to some bettors, but I believe that the total holds the best value for our picks in this game.
Both of these offense have ground to a halt recently, and that is why I’m siding with the under once again. The Suns are one of the few teams that score less at home than they do on the road. Their defense improves tremendously at home, and the under us 25-9 this season cashing in Phoenix.
The Suns are only giving up 93 points per game at home this season, and recently they have been even better. In their last eight home games, the Suns have only given up 92 points per game. Add that to the Wolves bad road average of 93 ppg, and the under is the play.
Phoenix is only giving up around 95 points per game at home this season, and with a tired Wolves team coming in, I can’t see much offense tonight.
My NBA Pick: UNDER 193
