The Bulls need to win this game to keep their playoff dreams alive, and they face a Cavs team that may or may not rest any players on Saturday night. NBA picks & more inside.

NBA Odds Tell Story
After opening up later in the morning on Saturday, the NBA odds are telling a big story to bettors out there. Even though there has been no word on whether or not the Cavs are resting players, it sure looks like they are via the NBA Odds. Right now, in a must win game for the Bulls, they are a +7 ½ underdog, with a total of 205.

If these NBA Odds are a true reflection on what the sportsbooks think, than it seems like the Cavs might not be resting many, if any players this evening against the Bulls. It makes since. One more win for the Cavs locks them into the number one overall seed, and one more loss will send the Bulls into the lottery in the draft this summer.

It would make since for the Cavs to get one last game in with their starters before resting next week before the playoffs. Lebron James is listed as the starter for the game early after shoot around. He rested the Cavs last game, but he wouldn’t miss an opportunity to beat up on the Bulls and knock them out of the playoff race. With all of this in mind, we could easily see a lower scoring game on Saturday. These two teams are biter rivals in the Central Division, and they always seem to have good games against one another. They also tend to be lower scoring, and considering this is a must win for Chicago, look for the defense to be on point tonight.

The Sharp Pick
With a total of 205, it’s simply too high for these two teams. The under has cashed in all three of their meetings this season, and considering the Cavs won’t be resting anyone as far as we know, their defense should be back to solid levels. The Bulls on the other hand have seemingly lost some of their offense lately. They are averaging only 95.5 points per game over their last four games, and considering the Cavs are as good or better defensively than all four of those teams, I am looking for the Bulls to struggle once again.

The Bulls are coming into this one cashing the under in nine straight games, and even though the Cavs have cashed the over in three of their last four games, they also have been resting some players during some of those games. The Cavs have still been very good this season when playing on the road, especially on defense. They are giving up only 98 points per game on the road this season. The Cavs are coming into this one cashing the under in three of their last five road games, and I think they make it four of their last six after tonight. Add the under to your NBA picks.
