The 2020 Basketball Hall Of Fame class can feature some of the best players the league has ever seen. Let's break down who are locks to get in, who has a chance and who doesn't and set their betting odds.

Last Friday 12 legends were inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Massachusetts, including Vlade Divac, Sidney Moncrief, Bill Fitch and Paul Westphal but it's not too early to look ahead to next year.

The players eligible to be inducted into the Basketball Hall Of Fame in 2020 combined for 15 NBA Championships among them and this class is almost as loaded as the one in 2009, which featured Michael Jordan.

[/]{"component": "embedHTML", "code": "

.@kobebryant, Tim Duncan and @KevinGarnett5KG

With the 2019 Basketball Hall Of Fame class in the books, here is a list of the players that are eligible for 2020. pic.twitter.com/hCy3r7OpLy
— NBA on ESPN (@ESPNNBA) September 9, 2019
"}[/]

Locks

Tim Duncan, Kevin Garnett, Kobe Bryant and Chris Bosh combine talent and influence, these four players revolutionized the NBA and will go down as some of the greatest to ever play in the league.

Tim Duncan

15-time NBA All-Star, five-time NBA Champion, three-time NBA Finals MVP, two-time NBA MVP, 15-time All-NBA, 15-time All-Defensive Team, 1997-98 All-Rookie, 1997-98 Rookie of the Year

Kevin Garnett

15-time NBA All-Star, one-time NBA Champion, one-time NBA MVP, one-time Defensive Player of the Year, nine-time All-NBA, 12-time All-Defensive Team, four-time Rebounding Champion, 1995-96 All-Rookie

Kobe Bryant

18-time NBA All-Star, five-time NBA Champion, two-time Finals MVP, one-time NBA MVP, 15-time All-NBA, 12-time All-Defensive Team, two-time Scoring Champion, 1996-97 All-Rookie

Chris Bosh

11-time NBA All-Star, two-time NBA Champion, one-time All-NBA, 2003-04 All-Rookie

Decent Chance

When healthy, Amar'e Stoudemire and Elton Brand could put up at least 20 points and 10 rebounds on a nightly basis and although they were unbelievable players, they never carried their teams to long playoff runs.

Tayshaun Prince was a defensive specialist, he played a major role in the NBA Championship that the Pistons won in 2004, he had an iconic block on Reggie Miller and overall he made four NBA All-Defensive second teams. Prince is the kind of player that all Championship teams need to have but I don't think it is enough to make the Hall of Fame.

Practically No Chance

Andre Miller ranks 11th all-time with 8,524 assists and 38th with 1,546 steals but never made an NBA All-Star game or the All-NBA team, which hurts his case. Miller was a solid point guard for 17 seasons and he was a key part of pretty decent teams but his Hall of Fame chances are not good.

Kevin Martin, Kirk Hinrich and Caron Butler were starting-caliber players who were in the league for a long time after establishing themselves as solid contributors but they were never the faces of their franchises.

We can take the 2020 Basketball Hall of Fame probabilities according to Basketball-Reference and use SBR's odds converter to set lines for these players:

Hall of Fame Probabilities

Tim Duncan 100 percent

Kevin Garnett 100 percent

Kobe Bryant 100 percent

Chris Bosh 99.5 percent

Amar'e Stoudemire 72.9 percent

Elton Brand 7.2 percent

Andre Miller 0.3 percent

Caron Butler 0.2 percent

Tayshaun Prince 0.1 percent

Kevin Martin 0.1 percent

Kirk Hinrich 0.1 percent

Odds To Be Inducted Into The Basketball Hall Of Fame In 2020

Chris Bosh -20000

Amar'e Stoudemire -269

Elton Brand +1289

Andre Miller +33233

Caron Butler +49900

Tayshaun Prince +99900

Kevin Martin +99900

Kirk Hinrich +99900
