Two games headline our NBA Picks for Saturday action, including the Denver Nuggets at Cleveland Cavaliers matchup and the Utah Jazz vs. the Sacramento Kings at the Sleep Train Arena.

Find out below, which side of the NBA odds that we are on for both of these games.

Two Key Games For Saturday Action

Denver Nuggets at Cleveland Cavaliers

The red-hot Denver Nuggets (32-18 SU, 13-12 ATS away) are -5 ½ point favorites on the road this evening, as they will attempt to extend their current winning streak to nine games when they meet up with the Cleveland Cavaliers (16-34 SU, 9-13 ATS away) at the Quicken Loans Arena.

The Nuggets have covered the point spread in four of their last five meetings versus the Cavaliers when the game is being played in Cleveland. Furthermore, Denver is 16-5 ATS in their last 21 games versus the Central Division.

Meanwhile, Cleveland has been pretty good lately covering the point spread on their home floor. In fact, the Cavaliers are 6-1 ATS in their last seven games played at the Quicken Loans Arena. Also, Cleveland is 6-2 ATS in their last 8 games overall and 5-2 ATS in their last seven games played on a Saturday.

The Pick

Denver is just 10-15 SU on the road this year, but Cleveland is only 9-13 in 22 games played at home.  My point is, while Denver is vulnerable when playing away from the Pepsi Center, it won’t matter tonight, because the Cavaliers are one of the worst teams in the NBA.

The Nuggets will crush the Cavaliers in this contest to earn the win and point spread cover, while also pushing their wining streak to nine games.

NBA Picks: Nuggets -5 ½

Utah Jazz at Sacramento Kings

The Utah Jazz (28-23 SU, 9-16-1 ATS away) are +1 ½ point road underdogs tonight against the Sacramento Kings (17-33 SU, 8-15-1 ATS home), which doesn’t make a whole of sense from the way I’m viewing this game.

Yes, the Jazz are 0-5 ATS in their last five matchups when facing a team with a losing record and yes, they are just 1-5 in their last six versus Western Conference opponents, but Utah is a much better team than Sacramento regardless of where this game is being played.

The Kings, besides owning a poor SU record, have also been awful against the spread as of late. They are 0-6-1 ATS in their last seven games played at home and 3-13-1 ATS in their last 17 games overall.

However, Sacramento is a perfect 4-0 ATS in their last four matchups against the Jazz.

The Pick

I understand that Utah is a better team when playing at home opposed to the road, but Sacramento is a bad team regardless of the location.

Take Utah and the +1 1/2 points for your NBA picks, as they will easily win this game outright.
