Where will be find the best NBA betting value tonight? Our handicappers weigh in with their favorite picks of the day.

There are seven games on the schedule tonight.

Two heavy favorites stand out in the pack, as the Knicks (-15.5) will host the 76ers and the Clippers (-10.5) will be entertaining the Suns. Other reasonably large favorites include Miami (-7 vs. Washington) and Charlotte (-5 vs. Denver).

We've got quite a few high totals on the board, with the Clippers/Suns at 220, the Knicks/76ers at 214, Bobcats/Nuggets at 209.5 and Heat/Wizards at 204. The O/Us for the Bucks/Magic and Jazz/Hawks games are also over 200.

All of the above betting lines are subject to change throughout the day, so keep checking the NBA odds in order to get the best possible number out there. On to the basketball picks!

Washington Wizards vs. Miami Heat

Covered by Jason Lake

The Heat are going through a little rough patch here, having lost three games in a row. Luckily for them, the Pacers (losers of four straight) have also been struggling, leaving the race for the top spot in the East still wide open.

One would have to think Miami ends the losing streak tonight at home, though the Wizards have in fact been playing great ball (8-2 over last 10) recently.

Jason is going to go with momentum here and is thinking we should take the points and side with Washington to make a game of it in South Beach. He's on the Wizards.

College Basketball Pick: Wizards +7.5

Philadelphia 76ers vs. New York Knicks

Covered by Jordan Sharp

Is this the start of something for the Knicks? Sure they've been incredibly bad this season, but they have managed to win two in a row and they're essentially a lock to make that three against the woeful 76ers.

Philadelphia is in full on tank mode. This is a team that's lost a staggering 16 consecutive games, yet they still have a better overall record (15-47) than Milwaukee (12-50).

Jordan has decided to stay far away from a spread pick and is instead going with the UNDER. He notes that the 76ers have struggled offensively since trading two of their starters and thinks their ineffectiveness will lead to a cashed ticket for UNDER backers.

College Basketball Pick: UNDER 213.5

Phoenix Suns vs. Los Angeles Clippers

Covered by Matthew Jordan

There's no hotter team in the NBA than the Clippers, who have pulled off seven consecutive victories ahead of this home encounter with the Suns.

Gerald Green has been on fire lately, but as a team the Suns haven't been as good, going an even 5-5 over their past 10. They've lost hold of the eighth seed, so a win tonight in Los Angeles could go a long way.

Where's the NBA betting value for this game? Matthew believes the Clippers will have no problem easing past Phoenix and also thinks the UNDER is worth a look.

College Basketball Pick: Clippers -10 and UNDER 220.5

Atlanta Hawks vs. Utah Jazz

Covered by Jeff Grant

This is getting downright scary for the Hawks. They've lost six in a row now and are entering dangerous territory, with Detroit, New York and Cleveland all in striking distance for the last playoff spot in the East.

Those thinking it will be a walk in the park for Atlanta against Utah may want to revisit that notion, as the Jazz are 14-16 SU at home and have been a nuisance for a lot of teams lately. They're not going to go down easy.

Nonetheless, Jeff sees value in siding with the Hawks as small road favorites and believes this is the night they end the lengthy losing streak.

College Basketball Pick: Hawks -2
