We have broken down four of tonight's games and are hoping we've located the best NBA betting value out there. Are you on the same side as our handicappers?

There are seven matchups on the schedule, with Dallas (-12 vs. Orlando) and Toronto (-11.5 vs. Milwaukee) acting as the heaviest favorites. Here are the games we're tracking closely.

Houston Rockets vs. Boston Celtics

Covered by Jordan Sharp

A return home couldn't have come at a better time for the Celtics, who just wrapped up a dreadful road trip which saw them lose all five games. They've lost eight straight contests overall, which includes home setbacks to New Orleans (92-95) and Atlanta (91-92).

Tonight they face off against James Harden and the Rockets, who have won three of four while going 6-3 SU (but only 4-4-1 ATS) over their previous nine. Houston is also likely to get a boost tonight with the probable return of Chandler Parsons (knee).

Obviously the Rockets are favorites, despite being the road team on this occasion, but which way is Jordan leaning with his NBA picks? You'll have to come back and see us in a bit to see his favorite play for this showdown at TD Garden.

Phoenix Suns vs. New York Knicks

Covered by Jeff Grant

Are the Knicks finally starting to live up to their preseason expectations?

Maybe so, as they've reeled off four straight wins, including one over the defending champion Heat at Madison Square Garden last week. Clearly New York has stepped up their game lately, and they'll be hoping to make it five consecutive victories when they host Phoenix as 3.5-point favorites on the NBA odds board.

Jeff doesn't think the Knicks are the right side though. He astutely points out that Phoenix has done really well when playing on one day of rest (14-3 SU, 14-2-1 ATS), while they've also managed an excellent 13-6 ATS mark on the road. He's taking the Suns to cover.

NBA Pick: Suns +3.5

Washington Wizards vs. Chicago Bulls

Covered by Matthew Jordan

Like the Knicks, the Bulls have started to turn the corner recently, winning five games in a row ahead of this home battle with John Wall and the Wizards. Current NBA betting lines show Chicago favored by three points.

Perhaps we shouldn't read too much into the Bulls' reversal in fortunes though, as their wins haven't come against the best of competition. They did beat Phoenix, but the other victories came against Charlotte, Milwaukee, Atlanta and Boston.

That being said, the Wizards are a mess right now. They've dropped two straight and five of their last seven. Matthew has two NBA picks for tonight's game, with his preferred selections coming on Chicago and the UNDER.

NBA Pick: Bulls -2.5 and UNDER 181.5

San Antonio Spurs vs. New Orleans Pelicans

Covered by Matthew Jordan

Feeling good after an easy win over the Timberwolves last night, the Spurs will hope to bring another good effort against Anthony Davis and the Pelicans this evening. San Antonio, who has gone 14-3 SU on the road this season, is favored by 6.5 points at time of writing.

New Orleans is aiming to break a five-game losing streak. The Pelicans have been hit hard with injuries, as both Jrue Holiday (leg) and Ryan Anderson (back) are out indefinitely, with Tyreke Evans (ankle) considered questionable for tonight.

Nonetheless, Matthew believes the home team is worth backing with our sports picks tonight. Despite being six games under .500, the Pelicans have managed a solid 9-7 SU home record, so we'll see if they can make life difficult on the experienced Spurs.

NBA Pick: Pelicans +6.5
