The Warriors have already lost three games after dropping one to the Pistons on Sunday night. Now they are coming into Los Angeles in the second of a back-to-back this Clippers team has consistently been undervalued all year.

Golden State Warriors at Los Angeles Clippers

The reason for the Warriors’ loss to the Pistons is kind of two-fold. The first is the Pistons are a little better than anyone, including the bookies, were expecting. Secondly, the Warriors turned the ball over 25 times, and you aren’t going to beat anyone in the NBA committing 25 turnovers.

That being said, I bet that’s all Steve Kerr told his team after that game, and you can bet they will be focused on correcting that against an even tougher Clippers team. The last three times these two teams faced off, the 'over' has cashed in all three, and tonight with a total of 221, I’m looking that direction again. The Clippers are playing super-fast this season, and early in the year they’ll want to match pace with a Warriors team on a back-to-back and playing their third game in four nights.

Even though the Clippers have cashed the 'under' in all five of their games this season, tonight is where we see that shift. The Clippersaren’t good enough defensively to slow all the Warriors down, but they are good enough offensively to score 120 on a tired Warriors team that isn’t playing much defense to start the season. With both teams in the Top 10 in offensive rating to start the season, I see the Clippers playing faster that they have tonight, and forcing the Warriors to match their energy.
