The Wolves have already blasted the Sixers once this season and with them playing better and owning several of the best players on the floor, as long as their heads are in the game, they should cover their NBA Odds tonight.

Wolves vs. Sixers

For those who don’t watch basketball religiously like I do, the Wolves are a team that you could get caught up on. Before the season everyone thought they would take this huge leap into playoff consideration and Tom Thibodeau would immediately bring this talented group of young stars together.

That’s not exactly what happened. Instead they started the season 6-18 SU and looked lost at times. However, they have been turning it on lately and while it hasn’t translated into earth shattering wins they have started covering spreads more.

Minnesota is a solid 6-6 SU in their last 12 games and 8-4 ATS in that same stretch. They lost a tough game to Portland, but this is the Sixers they are meeting tonight. Minnesota has already blown out Philly once this season and I see no reason they can’t do it again. Outside of Joel Embiid’s 28 minutes, the Wolves have very little to worry about. They will also have five of the top six players on the floor when the game starts, which even on the road isn’t going to help the Sixers.

At -4 ½, the sportsbooks are undervaluing the Wolves’ recent play. Despite the fact that they are a road favorite, I like the Wolves here to take care of business.
