The Denver Nuggets (5-4) visit the Phoenix Suns (4-4). Will we see a ton of points scored tonight as there should be a fast-paced tempo to this game. See what we think with our betting NBA pick.

Tip-off is scheduled for Saturday, November 14th at 9:00 p.m. EST at the Talking Stick Resort Arena in Phoenix Arizona. Despite the Denver Nuggets winning their last 3 games, the Suns are a 7 point betting favorite and the total for the game is 207.5. Right off the bat, that seems like a lot of points. We'll need to check the injury report and dig deeper.

Listed Injuries
Shockingly, it's Phoenix who has a key player that's listed as questionable in Markieff Morris. Morris should play, but will he be 100% is the question as he's a key figure on this team that can rebound and score.

This is also a back to back for Denver as they upset James Harden and the Houston Rockets at home, 107-98, led by Danilo Gallinari's 27 points. Playing back to back shouldn't affect Denver whatsoever as we're only half a month into the regular season.

Shooting Ability and Athleticism
This is why Denver is a winning ball club and has won 3 games in a row. You have Danilo Gallinari who is starting to mature as a player with his ability to take good shots and the rebounding ability of athleticism of Kenneth Faried, who is coming off of a double-double. Gallinari leads the team in scoring at 18.9 points per game and 4.7 rebounds while Faried averages a double-double at 14.4 points and 10 rebounds.

Look for both of these players to play well tonight against the Phoenix Suns as the Nuggets are coming into this game with a tremendous amount of confidence and this game could turn into a track meet. Denver wouldn't mind that, especially when they have rookie, Emmanuel Mudiay running the point.

Instant Prodction
Some teams have to wait for a player to mature when they make a pick in the NBA Draft and the player eventually turns into a good player. Gallinari was that type of player when the New York Knicks drafted him, but Emmanuel Mudiay is made for the NBA and he's already producing at a high level and fits well with this team. Denver made the perfect pick with this kid that played in China in Mudiay.

The shooting will come, but he's full of energy on the court. He can score, dish the rock ,and pick some pockets. For the season, Mudiay is averaging 11.9 points, 6.8 assists, 4.9 rebounds, and 1.22 steals per game. The only negative aspect to his game is he's turnover prone, but Mudiay is a superstar in the making and Phoenix is the perfect opponent for Denver.

Brandon Knight and Eric Bledsoe
This is the backbone and backcourt of the Phoenix Suns as both players are prolific scorers who average 20 points per game or more. It took a bit of time for Knight to fit in with this team when he was traded to Phoenix from the Milwaukee Bucks, but he's leads the Suns in scoring at 22.4 points, 6.5 assists, 4.1 rebounds, a 2.13 steals per game.

When I was talking about players being drafted and taking time for them to turn into a good player, Knight is a prime example and not only is he a good player, he's starting to reach the elite level. This duo is deadly and Denver must try to contain them or this game can get out of control.

One Morris Brother
As for Markieff Morris, he's a disgruntled player due to the fact that Phoenix traded his brother and for the Suns to be a good team, they need his scoring and ability to rebound and play defense. His status is up in the air and I would lean towards him playing. Stay tuned for updated on Markieff Morris' status as game time draws nearer. Morris has had a disappointing start to this season, averaging 13 points and 5 rebounds per game in just 25 minutes. His contract say's he's staying in Phoenix and the Suns need Markeiff to be the player that he was last year.

As stated before, 7 points is too much to give to Denver. Denver should cover the spread quite easily, make Nuggets your NBA Pick tonight.
