The Washington Wizards have built up a head of steam having won their last four games and travel to Cleveland. Let's review the NBA odds for our sharp NBA pick.

Washington Wizards (30-30 SU, 32-28 ATS)
The moon and the stars are beginning to align for the Wizards who are getting reinforcements via players returning from assorted injuries as well as key contributions courtesy of a deadline trade with the Phoenix Suns. Nene Hilaro, Bradley Beal and Alan Anderson have come back healthy and former Sun Markieff Morris has been a bright spot leading to a 7-2 straight up mark since the All-Star break and the team now nipping at the heels of the Detroit Pistons for the eighth and final playoff spot in the East.

The Wizards have now won their last four games straight up and covered the NBA odds in three of those contests. The Minnesota Timberwolves were the latest victims of their winning streak as Washington notched a 104-98 victory as 3 ½ point road chalk and cashed for all those who included the streaking Wizards in their NBA picks. Bradley Beal has been strategically moved to the bench by head coach Randy Wittman in order to better manage his minutes and prevent Beal from going back on the DL. The strategy certainly paid off on Wednesday night as Beal led all Washington scorers with 26 points while fellow pine rider Alan Anderson knocked in 18 of his own in the win over Minnesota.

Cleveland Cavaliers (42-17 SU, 26-32-1 ATS)
The Cavs hit a minor bump in the road, losing three of their last four prior to taking on the Indiana Pacers Monday night. LeBron sat out against the Wizards the night before and it looked like a refreshed King James when he torched the Pacers for 33 points en route to a 100-96 home win. Unfortunately for all those who backed the Cavaliers in their NBA picks it was the fourth ATS loss in five games as Cleveland was saddled with an eight-point impost and once again failed to cover the number.

Veteran point guard Mo Williams, who started in place of a recovering Kyrie Irving to begin the season, has been battling soreness in his knee for months and will be out of the lineup for at least the next two weeks. The Cavs are ranked 10th in scoring averaging 102.9 points per game while allowing 97.2 PPG which places them 3rd in the league. LeBron James is leading the team in scoring averaging 24.9 points per game while Kevin Love is the man cleaning the boards for Cleveland with 10.1 rebounds per contest.

Betting Analysis
These teams just met in Washington on Sunday night and the Wizards took full advantage of a LeBron-less Cavaliers team throttling the beasts of the East by the score of 113-99 as 2½ point home underdogs. However, the venue will change and LeBron will be in uniform to avenge that defeat from only five days ago. The Cavaliers understand that this is no longer a coronation to the best record in the Eastern Conference but rather a real competition as the Raptors are only two games back from the top spot.

But let's not underestimate the Wizards in this situation. They are 4-1 ATS against the Cavaliers over their last five meetings in Cleveland. The team is as healthy as it has been all season and John Wall will want to shine on the same court with LeBron and the other Cleveland superstars. And don't let Cleveland's 25-5 home record fool you. When you apply the spread that record tumbles to 14-16 ATS. The Wizards may never be as hot as they are now while the Cavaliers are just getting by on talent rather than sheer will and determination. Grab the road pup here.
