Kevin Durant Officially Out For Game 1 Of NBA Finals; DeMarcus Cousins Is Questionable

profile

The Warriors recently announced that Durant and Cousins continued to make good progress with their rehabilitation but KD won’t recover in time for Game 1 and according to head coach Steve Kerr, they haven’t decided if he’ll travel to Toronto with the rest of the team.

Durant has been out with a strained calf since Game 5 of the second round series against the Rockets and the Warriors have won their six games since he went down.

Cousins tore his left quad in Game 2 of the first round series against the Clippers on April 15 and he was supposed to miss the remainder of the playoffs.

The sportsbooks monitored by SBR Odds favor the Raptors by 1 point for Game 1 of the NBA Finals and the total has been set between 214.5 and 215.
