The Lakers are evaluating different centers, including Joakim Noah and Dwight Howard, as they look to replace DeMarcus Cousins, who could miss all of next season.

Cousins signed a one-year, $3.5 million contract with the Lakers but he tore his ACL while working out in Las Vegas and it seems highly unlikely that he will suit up at all for the team this season because of the severity of his injury.

The team planned individual workouts to evaluate centers Joakim Noah, Dwight Howard and Mo Speights and per ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski:

"Lakers completed workouts and meetings with Dwight Howard and Joakim Noah on Thursday and have Mo Speights at the team's facility today, league sources tell ESPN. Both Howard and Noah left impressions that they could be helpful to the team."

[/]{"component": "embedHTML", "code": "<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">No one watched him in Memphis apparently so no one knows this.
