Our NBA consultant provides us with his two top totals picks for Saturday. Join us to read this revealing betting preview article detailing why he loves these selections.

Brooklyn Nets vs. Milwaukee Bucks 8:35 PM ET
Brooklyn has gone under the total in all three road games this season, and averaged a paltry 84.3 points scored per contest. Saturday will be the Nets third game in the last four days, and that usually goes hand in hand with poor shooting. The Nets are allowing opponents an average of only 75.7 field goal attempts per game during their previous three contests, and that equates to a very slow tempo.

Milwaukee has held their last three opponents to 96 points or less, and 81 field goal attempts or less. This has all the makings of a slow paced low scoring game. One of my NBA picks on Saturday will emulate that prior statement.

NBA Picks: Play on Under the total of 194.5 at Bookmaker

Golden State Warriors vs. Sacramento Kings 10:05 PM ET
Golden State is literally off and running once again. They’re 6-0 to start the season, averaging 117.8 points per game, shooting 48.2% from the field, and have converted on a superb 42.0% of their three point attempts.

Sacramento is a dismal 1-5 to start thus far, and the majority of their issues have come on the defensive side of the floor. The Kings are allowing 112.1 points per game, and their opponents are shooting a sizzling 50.1% from the field. Opponents have also averaged 30 free throw attempts per game against Sacramento. On a positive note, the Kings are averaging 106.8 points scored and 91 field goal attempts per game.

Any road team (Golden State) with a total of 210.0 or more, possessing a winning percentage of .750 or better, and is facing an opponent (Sacramento) with a losing record, resulted in those games going 26-5 (83.9%) over the total since 1996. The average total in those 31 games was 217.7, and the average combined points scored totaled 229.1.
