It’s only a short slate of NBA action here on a Tuesday evening, and with only two games on tap tonight, we have to dig deep to find NBA Odds value. However I think I may have uncovered some with these late breaking odds, and I am adding two more NBA Picks tonight.

Thunder vs. Heat
These NBA Odds were late coming out thanks to the uncertainty of Dwyane Wade, however he was able to put in a practice yesterday, and as long as he is present at shoot around this morning, I expect the Heat’s star guard to take the floor in this tough matchup. Right now the NBA Odds have the Heat as +7 ½ underdogs, with a total of 199. However whether or not Wade plays, the Thunder look like a pretty good play here. With all of their pieces back, and with the addition of Dion Waiters, the Thunder are rapidly climbing the Western Conference standings, and I think they have enough to best the Heat tonight regardless of Wade’s status.

The Heat are only 4-10-1 ATS in their last 15 home games this season, and they are only 1-10-2 ATS in their last 13 games following a SU win. While the Thunder haven’t exactly been great as a road favorite this season, a lot of that was overvaluing them early in the season when one or both of their stars were out. It may just be a small trend that will go away, but the Thunder have won their last two games with ease ATS and SU. If they can continue this momentum, they should take care of the Heat tonight with relative ease. Lay the points with the road team.

NBA Pick: Thunder -7 ½ at 5Dimes

Spurs vs. Nuggets
Watch out everyone, but the Spurs have won seven of their last nine games! The panic in Texas is shrinking everyday, and with the return of a healthy roster, things are very much looking up for the Spurs. The Nuggets however seem to be throwing in the towel. Despite having a pretty good team, the Nuggets don’t have what it takes to make the playoffs in the West. They traded their starting center to start developing their young rookie center, and even at home, the NBA Odds have the defending champs as -8 road favorites, with a total of 204 ½ to 205.

I would love to go with the road favorites here once again, however I am instead going with a play on the total as my NBA pick, which is rather high at sportsbooks like 5Dimes. The Spurs have also cashed the under in seven of their last nine games, and the Nuggets have been good cashing the under this past month going 10-6. On top of that, the Nuggets are coming off a back-to-back last night in Golden State, a game where they were dominated. Off the back to back this season, the Nuggets have cashed the under at 9-4 this year. The under is also 9-4 for the Nuggets in their last 13 home games, and for the Spurs the under has cashed in five of their last six road games, and 7-3 in their last 10 games overall. Take the under and let’s hope the Nuggets put up another dud offensively.
