After an impressive win on Sunday, the Rockets visit the Spurs in what has become a best-of-three series. San Antonio is favored by 5.5 points on the NBA odds board and the total has been set at 214.

Game 4 Recap

The Rockets dominated the Spurs with a balanced attack to win Game 4, 125-104 and tie the series 2-2. James Harden scored 28 points and dished out 12 assists and he got help from star reserves Eric Gordon and Lou Williams. Gordon added 22 points and Lou Williams finished with 13 after going scoreless in Game 3.

Seven Houston players scored in double figures after only three scored more than 10 points in Game 3 and the Rockets made 19 of 43 3-pointers after struggling from distance in the previous two games.

Jonathon Simmons led the Spurs with 17 points off the bench and Kawhi Leonard and LaMarcus Aldridge added 16 points apiece but Pau Gasol struggled with just eight points and seven rebounds and Danny Green scored just three points.

Betting Trends

The 'Over' is 3-1 in this series and 8-2 in San Antonio's playoff games. Eight of the last 15 games in this series have gone 'Over' the total and six of the last seven games that these two teams have played at San Antonio have gone 'Over' the total.

Final Analysis

The Spurs are 5.5-point favorites on the NBA odds board. Role players are one of the keys to this series and both teams know this.

The San Antonio offense needs everybody to be aggressive, especially with Tony Parker out and Houston's 3-point shooting and bench scoring are the main reasons for their success this season. Game 5 is extremely important and everyone will go the extra mile to  get the most out of their team's strenghts.

Theses two teams will leave it all on the court on Tuesday and both offenses have to explode in a must-win Game 5. I'm looking at  'Over' 214 for my NBA picks
