Chicago and Toronto are heading for a brief vacation after tonight’s matchup, but before they do we have to use our NBA picks to make some money off this game.

Wednesday NBA: Raptors vs. BullsFree NBA Pick: Over 218½Best Line Offered: 5Dimes

Dating to last season, the "over" has cashed in four straight games between these teams, and with Bulls point guard Kris Dunn looking like he’ll return tonight, the offenses for both team will likely come to play hard.

Check out the previous meeting, which the Raptors won 124-115 in January. It was fast-paced and the defense was lackluster to say the least:

Both teams are above .500 cashing the "over" in conference games this season, and considering the Raptors are 5-3 cashing the "over" on the second night of a back-to-back, I love the "over" with my NBA picks tonight.

With the total on the NBA odds board at 218½ and rising, we need to hit this one before it goes up to 220-plus. The Bulls are coming in cashing the "over" in their last two games, and they are giving up 106.4 points per game in their last five.

While the Raptors’ defense has been pretty good as of late, they are allowing more than 106 points per game on the road this season. With Dunn back for the Bulls, I think each team might even reach the 110-point mark.
