Defense Not a Priority so Expect Lots of Points from Grizzlies, Nets

Neither Memphis nor Brooklyn has anything to play for, which could mean extra value with your NBA picks tonight. The first-half total looks low for the teams' first meeting since November.

If that’s the case, we could see a lot of points scored early.</p><p>The Grizzlies have been far from a defensive powerhouse this season, and on the road they are giving up more than 105 points per game. Compare that to the Nets, who have very little defense and have also been giving up a ton of first-half points since the All-Star break.</p><p>The Nets are scoring and allowing about 60 points per first half over their last five.
