Thanks to Jonathon Simmons coming to play and LaMarcus Aldridge not showing up at all, we split a pair of NBA props Tuesday. However, Game 1 of the Cavaliers and Celtics series is Wednesday, and I am back with another pair of value NBA picks from Bovada.

Playoff Props Record: 8-8

Cleveland Cavaliers O/U 111 Points

After 10 days of rest thanks to the other conference semifinals series going seven games, the Cavaliers are about to be a buzzsaw tonight. This is a dream matchup for the Cavaliers, despite the fact they have to open the series with two road games.

Sure the Celtics will be up for this matchup, but coming off a seven-game series it’s going to be hard to stop a rested LeBron James and his team. The Cavs chose to rest guys and have been rewarded, and all they have to do is steal one of these games from Boston to take back home-court advantage. What better time than the first game with the Celtics somewhat tired?

On top of that, the Celtics’ defense is no match for the drive-and-kick game of James and the Cavs. This is a deadly 3-point shooting team, and no one is good enough to keep James out of the paint. That will show tonight.

Free NBA Pick: 'Over' 111 (-125)Best Lines Offered: Bovada Kevin Love O/U 30.5 Points & Rebounds

Remember Love? He is that guy who was a walking double-double with the Timberwolves and won an NBA championship last season? Well, so far in the postseason he has been the forgotten man thanks to James' and Kyrie Irving’s monstrous first two series.

However, it is Love’s time to shine tonight. The Celtics’ interior is going to be no match for Love and when the Cavs go small and put love at the five, it’s all over for Al Horford, Kelly Olynyk or whomever the C’s throw at him.

Love’s odds to record a double-double tonight are -225 on the yes, so you know he has a baseline of about 20-25 points and rebounds. However, if he can get hot from the free-throw line or work the offensive glass with Tristan Thompson, the Celtics stand little chance of containing Love.

Along with the Celtics’ very good backcourt that is battle-tested after that Wizards series, this has to be a series where Love plays well or else it puts even more pressure on James. LeBron is going to be great in this series, but after averaging just 13.8 points and 9.1 rebounds in the first two rounds, Love is going to step up tonight. In three games against the C’s in the regular season, Love averaged 36.6 combined points and rebounds per game.

Free NBA Pick: 'Over' 30.5 (-125)
