The Magic, coming off a gritty win Monday at Miami, host the struggling Cavaliers tonight. Orlando might be a bit tired, which could affect its defense and lead to a higher-scoring game.

The Cavaliers have had a couple of days to try and forget about the beat-down the Rockets gave them over the weekend. If you watch these highlights, you’ll notice uninspired defense and a lack of getting back on misses from the offense:

If that continues tonight, Orlando will have no problem scoring despite being without two of their best offensive players. The Cavs’ defense is a joke right now. They have allowed 109 points per game on the road this season, and over their last six road games they are giving up almost 121 points per game.

Even though the Magic offense isn’t too high-powered, the Cavs got into a 131-127 matchup with them in January in a game in which we cashed the "over." Based on the number on the NBA odds board, I see no reason to believe we can’t do it again tonight with the Magic playing on no rest, so that's where I'm going with my NBA picks.

Orlando has cashed the "over" in four of their last five home games. Although they could struggle some on no rest, I expect them to struggle more on defense.
