With Toronto clinching the top seed in the East on Friday, they might be a little conservative tonight against Orlando. That means the total of 210½ could have some extreme value.

Even at home, there is no reason for the Raptors to risk injury to one of their veteran guards.

However, even if those two do suit up, it would be surprising to see them play more than 20 or 25 minutes. Once again, coach Dwane Casey would be an idiot if he played his starters heavy minutes in a game against a team trying to lose.

With that in mind, look for some of the Raptors' veterans to be tapered or sat out altogether in this one. If that’s the case, it will be the Magic's young players against the Raptors' younger players.

This could lead to a more exhibition style game. With one team just trying to rest players and get out of the game healthy, and the other team trying to lose, what kind of defense do you think we’ll see? The total on the NBA odds board looks like a smart play.

[/]{"component":"video", "type":"youtube", "url":"", "videoSize":"Large" }[/]

If neither team is playing much defense, the "over" is a fine wager for your NBA picks. The "under" cashed in their other two meetings this season, but if the Raptors let up on their defense at all, the "over" is surely going to cash in this one.
