The Bucks and Hornets played Friday night in Milwaukee, and now they head to Charlotte for the second leg of a home-and-home back-to-back. With the NBA Odds in favor of the road Bucks at -2, there is some value in this game, but it might be in the total of 211 ½.

Last night the Bucks picked up their second straight win at 109-104 over the Hornets. However, now down in Charlotte, there have been some interesting trends with the Bucks this season that could create some nice NBA Odds value.

The first is their record on the second night of a back to back. The Bucks have cashed the over at 4-1 this season playing on no rest, and they are also 4-1 cashing the over as road favorites so far this season.

Coming off the back to back, the Bucks’ defense will likely suffer against the Hornets, and considering the Bucks are 10-5 cashing the over against conference opponents, I like the score to once again be pretty high in this one.

These two teams have already played one another three times this season, and the over has cashed in the last two. The biggest reason for that has been the Hornets’ pace, especially when they play at home.

The Hornets rank inside the to 10 in pace this season at 101 possessions per game, and at home they get even faster with a pace of 102. For the last two times these two have met, the Hornets have pushed the ball and the Bucs have fallen right in line. With both defenses tired, I expect more of that tonight in the Queen City.
