Most impact players are off the market but there are still plenty of quality free agents available, including Vince Carter.

<div><p>Carter has already said that he expects to play one more season and retire and he can help teams trying to make a playoff push or looking for a veteran presence to help develop younger talent.</p><p>He averaged 7.4 points in 17.5 minutes over 76 games with the Hawks last season, shooting 38.9 percent from beyond the arc.
