The Warriors have won 15 straight games and Anthony Davis' status for this game is questionable. Without the Unibrow, the Pelicans stand no chance in this game. See who we like as our betting pick.

Tip-off is scheduled for 6:00 pm ET tonight at the King Smoothie Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. This game can be viewed on FSN.

No Brow, No Odds Available?
Anthony Davis is listed as questionable and the NBA odds are totally contingent upon the health of Davis, who is one of the best players in the league.

I don't expect the odds to come out soon, therefore I'll make an educated guess on the odds. If Davis does indeed play, expect the Warriors to be anywhere up until a 3 point betting favorite on the road. If Davis doesn't play, the Warriors will even be more of a favorite; around a 3 to 6 point road favorite.

New Orleans, who is coming off of a huge win over Cleveland and is 7-2 on at home, really needs the Unibrow to suit up. My guess is that Davis will play as all of the x-rays came back negative. We are talking about one of the best players in the world that can fill up a stat sheet by playing top-notch defense and offense.

If Davis doesn't play, that means more minutes for Ryan Anderson off of the bench. Anderson gets nearly 30 minutes per ball game, but with no Anthony Davis against Cleveland, Anderson played 41 minutes and shot 8 of 14 from 3 -point land for 30 points. Anderson has an unusually nice touch from the outstide for a legitimate 6 foot 10 player.

Also, expect more contributions from Tyreke Evans, who I like to call the poor man's version of Dwayne Wade and Omer Asik in the paint. Without the presence of Davis against LBJ and Cleveland, Evans was up for the challenge as he poured in 31 points to go along with 10 assists and Omer Asik controlled the boards with 14 rebounds. The only difference in this game is that they Pelicans will be playing a team with only 2 losses on the season and has won 15 consecutive games.

The Cream of the Crop
With the improvement in Klay Thompson's game, the Golden State Warriors have proven to be the best team in the league currently. Thompson has been relentless on the offensive end, consistently knocking down 3-balls as his 43.3% shooting from beyond the arc can attest to. He has to be the biggest surprise of this NBA season as he's averaging 21.3 points per game and taking some of the spotlight away from superstar Stephen Curry.

The Warriors had a nice warm-up against Dallas in a victory over a tough Dallas team in which 3 of their starters scored 20 points or more. This is the 2nd consecutive game in which this has happened as they defeated the Houston Rockets previously. The Warriors are such a sound team overall that the absence of Andrew Bogut hasn't even affected them. Guys like Draymond Green and Harrison Barnes have been picking up the slack, playing complimentary roles, but putting up superstar-like numbers.

Davis should play and this will be a more difficult game, but how can you argue against a team which has won 15 straight games and loves their new coach? Make the Warriors your NBA pick for this game.
