The Clippers, fresh off a loss in the nation's capital last night, now head to Milwaukee for the final part of a back-to-back. Will Chris Paul and company overcome the Bucks as road chalk?

Odds Overview
Even though the Bucks have been playing a lot better than people expected them to, as well as the fact they'll be at home this evening, they'll be the home underdogs in this NBA betting spot.

The Clippers will try to bounce back tonight and they'll enter as five-point favorites on the NBA odds board. A lot of points are expected here, which is backed up by a high total of 207 points.

Milwaukee Bucks
The Bucks are sitting at 11-12 overall this season and are currently in third in the division. With new coach Jason Kidd and a host of young, exciting talent, Milwaukee is in a good position to make some noise down the line.

They've been far more competitive than many expected already this season, though they fell short in Oklahoma City the last time they took the court on Tuesday. O.J. Mayo, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Jabari Parker and Jerryd Bayless all scored in double figures, but Milwaukee shot just 40.5 percent overall and a dreadful 19.0 percent from three. Defensively, the Bucks really struggled to contain the duo of Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook - no surprise there.

Despite that recent setback, it appears as if Milwaukee is on the right path to success. Brandon Knight has been leading the way, averaging 17.2 PPG, 5.7 APG and 4.6 RPG, but Kidd has been utilizing a big rotation, so a lot of guys are getting legitimate run.

Los Angeles Clippers
The Clippers fell to John Wall and the Wizards in a 104-96 loss last night.

Though each member of LA's starting five cracked double digits in scoring, it still wasn't enough for Doc Rivers' team. Chris Paul had 19 points, seven rebounds and six assists to lead the way, but Blake Griffin had a very poor game. He finished with only 14 points and two boards in 37 minutes of action in an uncharacteristically quiet showing.

We're not overly concerned with the loss, however. The Clippers had won nine straight games coming into that meeting with the Wizards, so they still have a lot of momentum on their side. They've been excellent on the road thus far and will be licking their chops at getting back on the court and on to the winning side of things at the expense of Milwaukee.

It's going to be tough for the Bucks to contain all of LA's weapons. With one of the best point guards in the NBA, another top 10 player in Griffin,  a great rebounder in DeAndre Jordan and a number of great shooters, the Clippers can hurt you in a number of different ways.

NBA Pick
It's never an easy decision to pick a team playing its second game in as many nights, but we really like LA to redeem themselves after last night's loss to Washington. Let's not lose sight of how dominant these guys were looking before yesterday.

The Wizards are a far better team than the Bucks, and even though Jason Kidd's crew will be at home in this matchup, we think the difference in experience and talent will prove too much. CP3 continues to play lights out, but he doesn't have the best of matchups against Brandon Knight, so we look for the duo of Griffin and Jordan to prove to be the difference. We don't imagine the Bucks will have anyone to slow Griffin down.

As we continue to tackle this fairly busy night of NBA basketball, we'll be recommending LA with our NBA picks. The Bucks have been solid at home, but the Clippers are 8-3 on the road this season and should get the job done.
