Three more World Cup games await us on Sunday, including the USA's pivotal showdown with Cristiano Ronaldo and Portugal. Let's examine the soccer betting odds closely before coming up with our final picks.

Let's See What Today's World Cup Prop Betting Odds Have to Offer!

South Korea vs. Algeria
Algeria lost their opening match in heart-breaking fashion, while South Korea earned a 1-1 draw against Russia.

Today the two countries will be enemies, with the Koreans barely favored at +150 or so. An Algeria victory is priced out at just over +200, while a draw can be locked in at +230.

We start our preview with South Korea, who went up 1-0 through a bad goalkeeper mistake but then couldn't hold strong defensively. It was a fair result, considering the Koreans didn't really create too many clear-cut chances.

It was a standard 4-4-2 formation, with Ki, Han, Lee and Koo across the middle and Park and Son up top. Will anything change against the Algerians?

We advise you not to sleep on this Algeria side. They really made life difficult on Belgium last Tuesday, holding a lead for almost 45 minutes after going up through a Sofiane Feghouli penalty. The Algerians fashioned quite a few opportunities and looked dangerous in attack.

Algeria went with a 4-3-3 in the loss, with Halliche, Bougherra, Medjani and Ghoulam in the back, Bentaleb, Mostefa and Taider across the middle and Mahrez, Soudani and Feghouli up front. Lacen, Ghilas and Slimani made appearances off the bench.

As you may be able to guess, we think the Algerians are the better side to take with our soccer picks. We like the flair they've shown and they should be good enough for a draw at the very least in this all-important Group H clash.

World Cup Pick: Algeria +0.5 (-161)

USA vs. Portugal
Will they make it two wins out of two group matches and subsequently book their spot into the knockout stages of the World Cup?

It was a dream start for the USA, who topped Ghana 2-1 thanks to a late header from an unlikely source: young John Brooks. The Americans scored in the opening minute through a great solo goal from captain Clint Dempsey, but looked shaky thereafter, that is until Brooks sealed the deal.

For tonight, the Americans will be underdogs in the soccer betting odds. They're right around +350 to win, leaving the Portuguese as the -120 favorites at the top sportsbooks. A draw can be found at +275.

Not only did Portugal get smacked around by Germany, they lost some key players as well, including two members of their back-line. Influential center back Pepe is suspended and Fabio Coentrao will miss out, and the side will also be without Hugo Almeida.

One man can only do so much, as we saw first hand in Portugal's bad defeat to the Germans. Cristiano Ronaldo is capable of the spectacular, but he was mostly a non-factor against Germany in what was a poor overall team effort from the Portuguese.

The momentum is clearly in America's side and that should attract a large amount of the betting public for this evening's match.

We're going that way too. Portugal may have the best player on the pitch, but this is a team game and that's one aspect of the USA that they always seem to benefit from in these competitions. The Americans know how to grind out results and we believe they'll get at least a draw here today.

MLB Pick: USA +0.5 (+111)
