With the top of the English Premier League outright winner market seemingly hard for many to bet on, looking to the “To Be Relegated” Props marketplace seems like a wise choice. Let’s look at some updated Premiership Relegation odds from Intertops and offer up a couple of picks for your consideration.

Defending EPL Champions Leicester City Sitting In The Relegation Zone With 12 Matches Left

Father time is ticking down the English Premier League season, so with 26 match-weeks in the book and 12 go, let’s look at relegation odds from Intertops and see if there’s any money to be made on the bottom of the EPL table where defending storybook champions Leicester City (5-6-14, 21 points) now sit in 18th place and in the dreaded relegation zone, despite still being in the UCL Round of 16. And you needed more proof we now live in the circus?

Jamie Vardy and the Foxes—who host Liverpool Monday in week 26’s last fixture—are +175 to be relegated and really need the win and the three points.

Also sitting on 21 points and in 19th place (on GD) is Hull City (5-6-15) at -118 while Sunderland (5-4-17, 19 points) sits two points behind them both in the last place who are also oddsmakers favorites to be jettisoned from England’s top flight of football (-714, Intertops). Here are Relegation odds heading into Monday’s match:

The “Fade Hull City” Project

It’s been all Chelsea at the top of the table —with a -714 price (Intertops) to be the league’s outright winner—we look to the bottom of the table which offers more options and perceived value banking on Hull City to finish in the bottom three. After settling for a 1-1 Home draw to Burnley Saturday, the remaining schedule for new manager Marco Silva and the Tigers sees a Matchweek 27 date at Leicester City Saturday, then, vs. Swansea City, at Everton, vs. West Ham United, vs. Middlesbrough, at Manchester City, at Stoke City, vs. Watford, at Southampton with Hull hosting Crystal Palace (+120 to Be Relegated) to end the season (May 21) in what could be a huge match for both.

With Evander and Lazar Markovic injured  for the Tigers and Tom Huddlestone carrying such a heavy load, backing Leicester City—who let manager Claudio Ranieri go Thursday—Saturday at the decent soccer odds of -101 (Pinnacle) seems wise as does making a Futures Bet on Hull City “To Be Relegated” at -118 (Intertops) before things get too ugly at KCOM Stadium.
