We nailed all three of our WNBA Picks on Tuesday thanks to grabbing some good lines and the Fever falling apart in the first half. Now we have a day game, followed by a night contest and I am ready to carry this momentum into another winning day of WNBA Picks!

Jordan’s WNBA Picks 5-9-1

Connecticut Sun vs Dallas Wings

Wednesday, June 26, 2019 - 08:00 PM EDT

My Pick: Sun 1Q and 1H ATS

Recommended Sportsbook: Intertops

[/]{"component":"oddswidget", "eventId":3741761, "sportsbooksIds":[180,19,93,1096,169], "LineTypeId":1, "PeriodTypeId":5}[/]

Connecticut Sun at Dallas Wings

While most teams haven’t quite reached the 10-game threshold of their seasons, the Connecticut Sun are set to play their 11th game of the season on Wednesday. However, it’s not affected them at all because they have the best record in the league and currently hold the top playoff spot.

Connecticut has been the model of consistency this season in the W. They own the league’s best defensive rating of 92.1 and the third-best offensive rating of 102. Only the Sun, Mystics, Aces and Storm can claim they are top five in both offense and defense early in the year.

After watching the Aces almost collapse last night, I am convinced that the Sun are currently the best team in the league. Leave out the record, but almost all the other good teams have issues right now, which the Sun do not.

Speaking of issues, the Wings have a lot of them as well. Their offense has been nowhere to be found this season and with the depth and balanced scoring that the Sun bring to the table, that will be a problem for Dallas tonight, even at home.

[/]{"component": "embedHTML", "code": "

After suffering their first loss in eight games Sunday, the @ConnecticutSun look to return to winning ways when they visit the Dallas Wings. Here's a preview of tonight's game. ;/a> ;/a>
— NESN (@NESN) June 26, 2019
\n\n"}[/]

In fact, I think the Wings being at home actually makes a play on the Sun even more valuable. Dallas has gotten off to some SLOW starts at home this season and the Sun are just the type of team to take advantage.

Dallas owns a league-worst 77.3 offensive rating in the first halves of their home games this season. While they allow only 86.5 points per 100 possessions in those four games, the Sun’s defense will almost surely lock down the Wings early in this one.

The Sun haven’t fared too well in the first halves of their road games this season, but they haven’t been bad either.

So, while you can get some strong odds on the Sun still, I’m laying the points for the first quarter and first half, in hopes their defense will carry them over a scrappy, but vulnerable Wings team.
