The lines are close for UFC Vancouver so we are taking a shot.

Record: 21-14

We CRUSHED last week’s UFC 242 parlay, so let's roll that win into a massive score for UFC Vancouver.

Most UFC events have some well established favorites and the lines tend to reflect that. At UFC Vancouver this weekend we have a rare situation where there are very close lines all over the board!

There are only 2 favorites over -200 that would usually be great for a parlay, but Marvin Vetorri vs Andrew Sanchez has been canceled so now there is only 1! This is going to be an insane card and you could make arguments for basically any fighter on the card.

Since we are in such an unusual situation let's take an unusual shot! We are going to go for a parlay that will give us a huge score rather than playing favorites for a slight underdog price.

1st Leg: Brad Katona (-165)

27 years old

8 - 1

Ultimate Fighter Winner

Katona just took his first “L” in MMA. It is inevitable, unless your name is Khabib, that you will have a bad night or run into another fighter who is just a little bit better than you and get knocked back down the rankings. Katona even won his season of The Ultimate Fighter. It is not an easy thing to accomplish.

Katona is light on his feet, a BJJ black belt and will have a striking edge in this fight. He is in a high profile young up-and-comer fight against Hunter Azure who is 7-0 making his UFC debut. I think its first “L” time for Hunter and Katona gets back on track here.

[/]{"component": "embedHTML", "code": "

See #TheUltimateFighter Finale: Brad Katona Wins #TheUltimateFighter https://t.co/sNhCW5OB55 #UFC pic.twitter.com/vuBGbbzUG3
— Azelle MMA (@AzelleMMA) July 7, 2018
\n\n"}[/]

2nd Leg: Jim Crute (-103)

23 years old

10 - 0

BJJ Brown Belt

Trains with 185 Champ Robert Whittaker

We just talked about young fighters taking that first L, but I think we are holding off the fates for one more fight at least with The Brute.

Jim Crute is 23 years old and build out of pure fury. He has serious power in his hands and for being so young he is a very accomplished grappler. He has a killer instinct that allows him to finish 73% of his opponents sporting 4 KO/TKOs and 3 submissions of his 10 wins.

Crute has been training with one of the most well rounded champions in the UFC in Aussie Robert “The Reaper” Whittaker and that kind of experience is going to push this young fighter to heights we can't imagine. I cannot wait to watch him climb that mountain.

Crute is facing Misha Cirkunov who is mostly a grappler and has been brutally KOd in 4 of his last 3 with his lone win coming over Patrick Cummins in October of 2018.

I am not impressed with Cirkunov and while his ground game is dangerous Jim has the tools to be competitive on the ground and on the feet he has the power to crack Misha’s chin one more time.

[/]{"component": "embedHTML", "code": "

💥 HEAD Kick KO!
🇱🇻🇨🇦 Misha Cirkunov (14-5)
🗓 Returns this Saturday Night!
🇨🇦 #UFCVancouver
🆚 Jim Crute 🇦🇺 (10-0)
•
🎥- @HKFighting pic.twitter.com/F1A79KlJZX
— Mikey Thomas (@MikeyThomasMMA) September 11, 2019
\n\n"}[/]

Anchor: Todd Duffee (+105)

33 years old

9 - 3

100% KO Rate

UFC Vancouver features the return of Todd Duffee! Todd has been out of action since 2015 when he was KOd badly by Frank Mir who is one of the most skilled heavyweight fighters on the planet and in 2015 he was attempting to stage a late career resurgence and Todd was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Todd took time off due to a nerve disease that he had to combat before he could handle MMA. Now that he is returning he looks just as physically imposing as he ever has and he has moved over to the UFC’s performance institute where they look to have packed the strength on him while leaning him out a bit.

I expect a stronger faster Todd than we have ever seen. Not only that but he has been working at Xtreme Couture, AKA, AND ATT getting work with some of the biggest boys that MMA has to offer.

Todd has long had a kill or be killed style and he is facing Jeff Hughes who is coming off the Contender series and doesn't look to have the ability to go to war with a beast like Duffee.

Hughes has only 4 KOs on his record which is concerning when most UFC level heavyweights crush regional talent easily (unless they're grapplers of course but we would see submissions then) and when Duffee brings the heat I don't think Hughes will be able to answer back hard enough to stop him.

[/]{"component": "embedHTML", "code": "

WATCH: Frank Mir and Todd Duffee face off at the #UFCSanDiego weigh in.https://t.co/EoFila1sFJ
— FOX Sports: UFC (@UFCONFOX) July 15, 2015
\n\n"}[/]

Pick: 3 leg parlay +550 with Pinnacle
