The UFC odds being offered is not limited strictly to which fighter you want to back because there are a plethora of UFC props in which to include in your UFC picks. Here are some standouts that you should consider at UFC 188.

Best Bet Props of UFC 188
The most comprehensive list of UFC proposition betting odds can be found in our own SBR odds betting directory. Below we have isolated several opportunities to include in your UFC picks.

Must Read: UFC 188 Picks: Velasquez vs. Werdum, Who’s Got the Advantage?

Werdum vs. Velasquez
Ring rust or not we will see the current UFC champ Cain Velasquez demonstrating to the world that he is back and better than ever. While Werdum stunned the MMA world when he derailed Fedor Emelianenko's 28-fight undefeated streak almost five years ago this is a different fighter he is facing and let's not forget that Werdum is also five years older and now in the twilight of his career.

If Werdum has any chance it is to do what no man has done before and that is submit the champion but short of that we see Velasquez winning by KO in the 2nd round which means we will bet the UFC prop odds this way:

Velasquez Wins Inside Distance -154 at 5Dimes.

Under 2 ½ Rounds (+110) at Bookmaker.

Velasquez Wins in Round 2 (+500) at SportsInteraction.

Melendez vs. Alvarez
We like the underdog Eddie Alvarez (best UFC odds on Alvarez can be found at 5Dimes offering the underdog Alvarez at +155) because he is two years younger and is a more multidimensional fighter than the veteran Gilbert Melendez. In addition if you saw Melendez get outclassed by former champ Anthony Pettis last December then you may have an inkling that Father Time is creeping ever so closely to the former Strikeforce light heavyweight king.

Thus we have chosen our respective fighter but in what way does Alvarez win this one? We say he gets the nod via the judge's scorecards so we will bet our props accordingly.

Alvarez + 155 at 5Dimes.

Fight Goes Distance: Yes (-185) at 5Dimes.

Alvarez Wins by Decision (+255) at 5Dimes.

Rodriguez vs. Rosa
The UFC odds have pinned Charles Rosa as a -205 favorite in this match over Yair Rodriguez. Rosa may be fighting in hostile territory at UFC 188 but his experience and skill set will be more than enough to quiet the pro-Rodriguez crowd. I suspect Rosa will get this fight to the floor and make short work of the inexperienced Mexican despite his impressive stint as the TUF Latin American winner. Rosa has a record of 10-1 and all of his victories have been by submission (7) or KO (3). The trend will continue on Saturday night.

Charles Rosa -205 at Bookmaker.

Under 2 ½ Rounds (+115) at 5Dimes.

Rosa Wins Inside Distance (+142) at 5Dimes.

Rosa Wins by Submission (+275) at 5Dimes.

Gastelum vs. Marquardt
I'm a big fan of Nate the Great but that doesn't mean my admiration will preclude me from betting against him when the situation arises. Such an occasion has arisen and because of that I will suspend my affection for the veteran of 49 professional MMA matches and put my money squarely behind an up-and-comer like Kelvin Gastelum. Gastelum will be making the move back up to middleweight after incurring his first loss as a professional to Tyron Woodley at a catchweight of 180 because he simply could not shred to the welterweight maximum of 170.

Gastelum is now fighting at his ideal weight and though his 5'9" frame will be shorter than many of his adversaries in this class it should not hinder Gastelum in this contest. Marquardt has lost four of his last five and is no longer Nate the Great but rather Nate "I'm still the toughest guy in your barroom" but unfortunately not in the cage.

With all that being said Marquardt is still one tough hombre and has an excellent ground game with miles of experience. That is how Gastelum will look to win this one but alas, his hand will be raised by virtue of the judge's scorecards. Therefore the UFC props will be bet as such:

UFC Pick: Yes +105 to go the distance at 5Dimes

UFC Pick: Yes +140 Gastelum wins by decision.

Over 1 ½ rounds (-190) at 5Dimes
