With the second leg of the UEFA Europa League Round of 16 set to kick off on Thursday, we cast our eye on the soccer odds board and revisit the futures betting markets. Find out how the ties and odds shape up after last week's first leg got the Round of 16 off the mark.

Round of 16, First Leg Is In The Books
At the conclusion of the first leg of UEFA Europa League Round of 16 ties there was some conspicuous shuffling to be had on the sports betting boards. The top tandem of Wolfsburg and Napoli remained intact after each won the first leg 3-1 respectively while defending champions Sevilla took a significant step up the ladder following a big road win over Villarreal. Others to ascend in valuation were surprisingly Dnipro and Club Brugge, amongst several others. (See Table 1).

Here's a matchup-by-matchup look at the Round of 16 and how the ties shape up with respect to the Europa League Odds board.

Dinamo Moskva vs. Napoli
Tie: Napoli leads 3-1
Although Napoli have the 3-1 home advantage, the job is far from done. Dinamo Moskva (+600 Soccer Odds to advance into quarterfinals) have an away goal to bank on as well home advantage where their European form is a formidable 3-0-0 through the group stage and continues undefeated behind a scoreless draw to Anderlecht in the Round of 32. Needless to say, Dinamo Moskva have to hit out in the reverse leg to win outright and score more than once at least to advance into the knockouts. It's a tough ask against one of the competition favorites Napoli, but they'll fancy their chances surely. This tie could deliver a lot more drama than the soccer betting boards suggests.

Dynamo Kyiv vs. Everton
Tie: Everton leads 2-1
Everton took a pivotal 2-1 win at Goodison Park, which sets them up favorably on the soccer board as the -188 favorites to advance from the tie. However, this tie is far from over. The Ukrainians are very much in it, just a goal down and holding a crucial away goal. As such, they are the tempting +130 soccer pick to advance into the quarterfinals when they host the Toffees in the nation's capital. Of all the ties, this one could go against the grain as unpersuasively poised it is.

Roma vs. Fiorentina
Tie: Tie 1-1 draw
Roma and Fiorentina have left all to play for in the reverse leg of their Round of 16 Europa League tie after settling on a 1-1 draw. Although the odds makers favor the hosts Roma at -225 to advance into the quarterfinals when the Serie A high flyers collide at the Olimpico on Thursday, La Viola have formidable road form that makes them a tempting choice for your Soccer Picks at +120 to advance into the quarterfinals. Don't be surprised if this tie turns on its head.

Ajax vs. Dnipro
Dnipro leads 1-0
Going into the Round of 16, Dnipro didn't receive any respect as the +4000 long shots of the competition. Beating Ajax 1-0 in Kiev last week has earned them a measure of respect and sees their future odds improve dramatically to +2500 to win outright. As far as advancing into the quarterfinals, odds makers completely jumped the fence on this tie, improving Dnipro from +130 all the way to -250. The Ukrainians are now the perceived faves while Ajax, who host the return leg in Amsterdam on Thursday, have been dubbed underdogs. Do the bookies have this right or is this a trap soccer pick?

Besiktas vs. Club Brugge
Tie: Club Brugge leads 2-1
Most soccer bettors had Besiktas on their soccer picks for this tie after they dismissed Liverpool in the Round of 32, one of the competition faves. And they are sure to continue backing them despite trailing 2-1 to the Belgians. After all, Besiktas lost the opening game to Liverpool 1-0 in Anfield Stadium only to seize the win in a thrilling showdown at home and advance into the Round of 16. Once again, they are in a similar position and one has to believe they can pull it off again. Indeed, these are worthy +120 underdogs to consider for your soccer picks to advance into the quarterfinals.

Inter Milan vs. Wolfsburg
Tie: Wolfsburg leads 3-1
Wolfsburg have the tie cornered on a 3-1 edge on the scoreboard and -1000 future odds to advance into the quarterfinals on the Europa League odds board. Inter Milan can be a frustrating side at the best of times, but there is no denying their quality. Overturning this tie, however, might be just too much to expect from the Nerazzuri. Especially when the Bundesliga high flyers continue to play confidently and score in abundance.

Sevilla vs. Villarreal
Tie: Sevilla leads 3-1
Defending champions Sevilla threw down the gauntlet last Thursday when they beat Villarreal 3-1 on the road. Of all the Round 16 ties, they are in the best position to advance into the quarterfinals because they have loads of wiggle room thanks to the win and the three away goals. Technically, they don't even need to win the second leg. Hence, they are the prohibitive -2500.

Torino vs. Zenit St. Peterburg
Tie: Zenit leads 2-0
Zenit have a commanding 2-0 edge over Torino for the return leg of their tie, making it their tie to win or lose now. Indeed, odds makers appear confident Zenit will advance into the knockouts as you can find them priced at -1200 in futures betting markets. Torino, on the other hand, are a long shot soccer pick at +700 to pull off the feat. That being said, the Italian upstarts have been a bit of a revelation in this competition and perhaps shouldn't be dismissed out of hand. This tie could serve up some drama before all is said and done.
