We finally had a winning WNBA day on Sunday with a win and a push thanks to grabbing some early odds, and now we are faced with yet another solid two-game slate with some great value lurking.

They had plane issues and ultimately took about 24 hours to get home. While it wasn’t the Las Vegas Aces travel issues from last season, it’s damn close and it is yet another example of the issues facing the WNBA currently.

Now the Fever are back at home and probably have spent the whole time resting and recovering from being on the road forever. According to the coaches and player’s Twitter accounts, they made it home roughly 24 hours before game time, so there is no way they have had much/any practice or shootaround time since their Sunday game.

It may not matter tonight, but it also may make the Fever a little sluggish coming out of the gate. They have been solid at home, but I think the Lynx may have the rest advantage in this one.

With that in mind, offense could become an issue for the Fever early, especially in the first half. While Indiana has one of the better offenses in the league so far this season, their first halves at home have not been great offensively.

Indiana is averaging just 93.2 points per 100 possessions in the first halves of their five home games this season, which is down from over 103 points per 100 possessions overall. Their first half home defense is pretty solid though and with their slower pace, I think the first half under is the play here.

Minnesota only averaged 89.3 points per 100 possessions in the first halves of their three road games this season and their effective field goal percentage is just 42.5% in those three first halves.

Considering that overall, the Lynx have the second-best first half defensive rating in the league so far, I like the under in the first 20 minutes of this one.

[/]{"component": "embedHTML", "code": "

Recap and highlights from the #Fever's matchup with the Storm 👉 https://t.co/ClRQmQymFT pic.twitter.com/eTOD7EqviL
— Indiana Fever (@IndianaFever) June 24, 2019
\n\n"}[/]

Seattle Storm at Las Vegas Aces

Tuesday, June 25, 2019 - 10:00 PM EDT

My Pick: Aces 1Q & 1H ATS

Recommended Sportsbook: Heritage

[/]{"component":"oddswidget", "eventId":3741747, "sportsbooksIds":[169,238,93,1096,999991], "LineTypeId":1, "PeriodTypeId":1}[/]

Speaking of good first half wagers, the Aces might be on the trip tonight as well. Las Vegas is quickly coming together with Liz Cambage and A’ja Wilson leading the charge and it has shown early in their recent games.

So far this season, the Aces own a first half offensive rating of 108.4, which is third-best in the league. They are also allowing only 85.5 points per 100 possessions in the first halves of their four home games.

While the sample size is small, the Storm don’t have a ton of size with Breanna Stewart out for the season, which will really hurt them on both ends going up against the Aces’ twin towers.

Adding to Seattle’s issues is their defense in the first halves of their road games out of seven games away from home this season, the Storm are allowing 102.5 points per 100 possessions in the first half, which ranks near the bottom of the league.

Not only that, but the Storm have a first half defensive rating of 109.4 over their last four games, with a pace under 90. Add in the Aces’ fast-paced offensive attack and superiority at both ends of the court, I like the Aces both in the first half and first quarter.

[/]{"component": "embedHTML", "code": "

Preparing for a Storm.#DoubleDown ♦️♠️ pic.twitter.com/AKKWwK6KDz
— Las Vegas Aces (@LVAces) June 25, 2019
\n\n"}[/]
