Tottenham Hotspur vs. Leicester City
Tottenham play host to Leicester City for the second time this week on Wednesday night, and this time it's an all important top of the table Premier League show-down from White Hart Lane. These two sides have been the most impressive in the Premier League all season and both teams play football in the right way and they both played their part in what was very entertaining 2-2 FA Cup third round thriller at the weekend.

That match ended in controversial style after Spurs' were rewarded a debatable late penalty and each side will be keen for revenge in on Wednesday, but they might have to settle for just a point. Tottenham's Harry Kane came off the bench to save Spurs' blushes of an early cup exit on Sunday and with a whole host of changes are expected by from each camp and with the extra reenforcements this could continue on the goals theme.

Tottenham are 1.80 for the win with most bookies and having lost my money on Mauricio Pochettino's side in the FA Cup at the weekend when they failed to see off a much weaker Leicester side and I'm not prepared to take a risk on them again at the short prices. The visitors will bring back playmaker Riyad Mahrez which is a boast, but they will still be missing top goalscorer Jamie Vardy through injury, and without the England striker in the starting XI, well, that does put me off a wager on them at the 5.25 soccer odds offered by Bet365.

Trends & Picks
These two sides are no strangers to each other in recent seasons and this will be, incredibly, the sixth time in the last two years that they've met and they will clash again in at the Kings Power in a FA Cup replay next week. In the two games that they've played already this campaign, both matches have ended in a draw and with nothing really to separate the two the 3.75 with Coral on this one to be another stalemate, that looks a very big and really in the only decent value in the match betting market.

The one area that I'm really concentrating the majority of my betting attention on for my soccer picks is goals, and this has all the potential to be a really good match yet again. The 2-2 draw on Sunday was the 11th consecutive game between these two Premier League teams where both teams have scored, and at 1.83 with most bookies, that is my banker bet again. In those 11 matches, a staggering 50 goals have featured with some massive score-lines as well.

Spurs' won this fixture 4-3 last season and honours were even in a 4-4 draw in the previous meeting and with TEN of those 11 matches featuring over 2.5, another goalfest looks on that cards at the overs will prove profitable yet again at 1.90 with the majority of layers.
