It is quite obvious to say that with three games remaining, Manchester United have run away with the league (again). The Red Devils are 14 points ahead of second placed Manchester City and a full 20 points ahead of third placed Chelsea. The league is over and done with and the sports books are already offering of odds of Manchester United winning the league next season at 7/4 and just to demonstrate how big the gap between these two clubs are Chelsea are at 9/2.

Enough with next season's odds…WHERE’S THE MONEY MIKE?
The most significant thing about this match is not the Premier League title it is the Champions League qualification spot! Chelsea currently sit in third place but are a mere one point ahead of Arsenal and have a three-point lead on fifth place Tottenham. Everton could still theoretically go ahead of Chelsea, but the odds on the Toffees finishing in the top four are 66/1.
It seems to be very much a three horse race between the London clubs and therefore it's worth mentioning that the odds-on Chelsea finishing top four are 1/6 and Spurs top four are at soccer odds of 11/8. If you want to look a little bit deeper you should know that Tottenham are 6/1 to be the top of the club while Arsenal are 9/4 and Chelsea are 4/6.
Before Chelsea can do anything about Europe they have to face Manchester United and therefore this game is a whopper.
Manchester United have only been beaten twice at home in the league all season while Chelsea have only won eight of their away games, they've actually failed to win nine away games losing five and a drawing four. That would point to a home victory which is offered up by the sportsbooks at 6/5. What's more, just to confuse things a little, Chelsea scored 31 goals on their travels and conceded 22 which would suggest that the Blues would go out 3-2 victors against United, however that score is available at 50/1, hardly a sane choice for your sports picks. Looking at things from the other side Manchester United scored 43 home goals this season and conceded just 17. That sort of number crunching would suggest a 4-2 or a 2-1 win for United those scores are 8/1 and 45/1 respectively.
Wood is good.
Just for the stake of it, you should know that United despite their title winning season have hit the woodwork more than only the team in the league, a whopping 22 times, so no one can accuse them of just being lucky this season. Chelsea by comparison have rattled crossbars and uprights fewer than any other side the league, a mere five times.
While Manchester United are the undeniable champions of England is worth knowing that they have been defeated by Chelsea more than any other side. In fact in EPL history United have lost 13 games to Chelsea and conceded 55 goals against them, more than any other side.
Chelsea victory is offered at 5/2, and if you think this game should be a whimper rather than a bang, you can add a draw to your soccer picks at the price of 13/5.
Despite all that number crunching and statistic checking you have to remember that one of the joys of footballer is that it’s not just about the numbers, it’s about the passion and this fixture will have plenty of that on Sunday.
Prediction: United will take charge but it will be close, 1-0 to the champions available at 8/1 with bet365.
