Serie A Futures betting odds are heating up as the season approaches the business end. Find out what sportsbooks are offering on Italy’s top-flight division and where the value soccer picks are to be had.

To Win Outright

Serie A is hurtling towards the finish line and sportsbooks are still calling it a three-horse race between Juvenuts, Roma and Napoli. However, Juventus, with a 14-point lead over Roma, has the title practically sewn up surely.

Indeed, at staggering -10000 futures odds, Juventus are runaway favourites to win the Scudetto this season. By contrast, Roma at +2500 and Napoli at whopping +8000 have a Hail Mary shot that rests entirely on Juventus somehow, all of a sudden, losing their Scudetto handle. Just saying it so makes it farfetched.

To all intents and purposes this race is done. What’s more, at these prices there is no value whatsoever for soccer bettors to sink their teeth into. Of course, bravo to those that jumped on the Serie A book at the start of the season and took Juventus at their fancied 5/6 odds, you have something to look forward to when it’s time to collect your winnings.

Top 3 Finish

With four teams still in the scuffle for a Top 3 Finish there could be some drama to look forward to if Fiorentina at +900 futures betting odds at Bet365 or Inter Milan at +1200 futures betting odds find a way into the fracas. As things currently stand, the pair are a bit of a ways off. Fiorentina are ten points behind Napoli while Inter Milan are eleven points behind, which is a considerable gap to close. Once again, for either hopeful to present value, Napoli (and even Roma) would have to let up somewhere –be it on home form or road form – to open the door for Fiorentina and Inter Milan.  That doesn’t look like a possibility with both teams moving through the league on a verve and swagger.

To Be Relegated

If there were a market to serve up drama in Serie A, it would be that pertaining to relegation. Ten teams are earmarked for the ignominy of second-tier competition next season, including two of the three teams promoted last season – Sassuolo and Livorno. In fact, the latter is the hot favourite at -800 to dropout of Serie A as they currently prop up the league with 18 points on the back of a 4-6-17 mark through 27 laps.

Catania, tipped at -300, are just a couple of points ahead of Sassuolo while Livorno, tipped at -275, are three points ahead, both of which present the likeliest options for demotion. However, Chievo and Bologna are dangerously hovering near the drop zone just a few points ahead and they are in very real danger of being demoted. Particularly Bologna, matched at +125 future odds, as they can’t seem to buy a win this season, neither at home nor on the road.

Soccer Free Picks: Juventus to win the Scudetto;  Juve, Roma and Napoli to finish in top 3; and Bologna, Catania and Sassuolo to be relegated.
