Bayern look to stay undefeated in Bundesliga play when they square off against Hannover away from home. Will they get a good result for our soccer picks?

Odds Overview

The price on a Bayern win, despite being away from Munich, ranges from -375 to -450, testament to just how dominant this side has been this season. We find Hannover priced out at +1100 or so, with a draw in and around +500.

Hannover 96

Consecutive away defeats to Schalke and Mainz, both of which ended at 0-2, have the Reds searching for answers.

Hannover can be found in the 11th spot in the Bundesliga, but they're 10 points back of the sixth and final Europe spot and aren't showing many signs of making any kind of surge up the table.

So far, Mame Biran Diouf and Szabolcs Huszti have been the two most instrumental attacking players for the Reds. Chances are going to be hard to come by against Bayern, so the hosts will really need to be opportunistic.

Two advantages for Hannover this weekend: they'll be at home and they'll have had much time to rest and prepare for this match than their opponents.

AWD-Arena has been a safe haven for the Reds in 2013/14. They've lost only one time in 10 matches, picking up six wins and three draws while posting a solid goal differential of +8. Standout victories at home have come over Schalke, Wolfsburg and Borussia Monchengladbach, though Bayern is obviously on an entirely different level.

Bayern Munich

Bayern didn't get off to the best of starts in their Champions League showdown with Arsenal, but a red card decision ended up making a huge difference.

Mesut Ozil missed an early penalty and later in the first half, Wojciech Szczesny was sent off for a challenge in the box. David Alaba missed the resulting penalty, but the man-advantage gave Bayern all the impetus they needed to take control.

And take control they did. The Bavarians dominated possession and eventually found their reward with a fine long-range effort from Toni Kroos. Thomas Muller, on as a substitute, added an insurance goal in the closing stages to give Bayern a massive edge heading into the second leg. Now Pep Guardiola has to get his team ready to resume Bundesliga action.

It hasn't really mattered where Bayern's had to play domestically. They've crushed through every obstacle in their way so far.

While they've won every match at Allianz Arena, they've been excellent away from home too, winning eight matches (with only two draws) in 10 matches. In those fixtures they've scored 25 times and allowed in only four goals. Amazing stuff.

Bundesliga Pick

There's no way we can pick against the Bavarians here. They've been in ridiculous form all year long and have gotten even better under Pep Guardiola's guidance.

The thing about Bayern is they have an incredible amount of depth within their squad, so Pep has the luxury of resting a key player or two should he feel the need to do so. Just look at the team's substitutes against Arsenal for reference: Muller, Bastian Schweinsteiger, Claduio Pizarro, and Rafinha just to name a few.

No matter who lines up, we know it's going to be an immensely strong starting XI for Bayern. They've already beaten Hannover (2-0) once this season and we're on the lookout for a similar result on Sunday for our soccer picks.
